I can't speak to the device yet but the communication about the device, next steps and shipping was great!

I have one already, and after a few weeks, six, my shoulder is very much better. Not perfect, but much better, so much so I do not consider surgery an option any longer. The result is that I have ordered a second one!

Quick response to email questions, not common in todays world.

I received my full version and it has continued the improvements in both my knees. I try to use first thing and last thing each day and it controls the previous pain almost completely. I am looking forward to start using some of the physio exercises recommended on the web site now my pain issue is being managed.

I just recently purchased a product from Asia and I wanted to know how long it will take from customer service but they have not gotten back to me. I need to leave soon so It is a rush to get the product. I saw from other reviews that it takes a long time to come after purchasing the product. Will change review once I hear back

The support was great as they immediately send a replacement to me after I proved to them one of the modules was not working.

Beware trying to return before the time is up. Doesn’t work nor did it help me. I emailed numerous times and 🦗🦗🦗🦗 alerted PayPal they are now trying to contact the company. Update——- received my refund after PayPal was involved. The refund was prompt after that. Also this item didn’t Work for me. So i can’t say one way or the other about it.

Perfectly designed product. You must use it daily and over some time and you will feel the benefits.
