The site was easy to navigate
The site was easy to navigate. However 2 things could have improved. 1: I mistakingly had one extra item in the cart and I could not edit it to remove one item. This should have been a feature or capability. 2: I had the code prompteed on the site for free shipping, and attempted to use it, but I could not apply it without error.

We do have have the option to remove or edit the number of items in your cart but due to a possible spike in users entering the site, a bug may have occurred which prevented you from doing so. I can happily confirm that this has been tested and fixed and you should be able to edit or remove any items in your shopping cart. I was hoping to get the free shipping…
I was hoping to get the free shipping but the. Discount code did not work from my email . Update reply from Forrest fixed my probably mistake that caused me to miss out on. Free shipping and rectified within 24 hours

Love my Move+ ..
Love my Move+ ... it is tru to its name... I apply it my knees and the pain goes away !!! I can go up and down stairs !!! I use it everyday now and my knees simply love the benefit I get from the Move+. Strongly recommend to any one with joint pain !!! it does make a difference.

Update: Shipping charge quickly refunded
Supposed to get free shipping. The code was applied, showing the discount when the order was placed. When the receipt was emailed, charged for shipping. No response from the company yet, other than an automatic reply. We'll see what happens. Update: Shipping was quickly refunded. If that isn’t awesome customer service, I don’t know what is! This is my second order. LOVE my first Reviiv. Was skeptical when I ordered it. It was several months before it arrived, but the company sent periodic email updates to let me know it was still on the way. Worth the wait to get it right. The results are better than expected. My knees feel so much better. I could feel the results after a few days of use. I purchased a second one so I can treat both knees at the same time. My only con would be the strap. It works well on the knees, but not as well on other areas. I’m looking forward to see what the new straps will entail.
