I've bought the kineon move plus mainly for my shoulder where muscles ruptured biceps head is missing and other painfull injuries at the shoulder have happened. So far with this strap i can relax my neck, my knees and the top of my arm. Sadly not the Parts of the shoulder that really hurt. But they will fix it. I know it. Kineon is a very supporting organization and very organized in bringing everything to their backers. Because of this, I'll rate Kineon 5 Stars. Greetings from Germany, Marc Seidel

Could make it easier to use for international customers. On your shipping page you list one price to Thailand, then when I checked out, it was doubled. Not cool.

Company and customer service always on top of things Received Kineon and started using it mainly for my knees. I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet but I’ve only had it for a week and there’s years of damage. However I can say coming back from the gym I felt I had pulled a muscle on my shoulder and it was pretty painful - when I got home I used the device on my shoulder and this was gone pretty much after using it. Looking forward to my knees getting better

What makes this company great is it listens to its customers and is responsive when there are questions or problems. I could not ask for a better company to work with. Their customer service is responsive when problems arise and shows that they are serious about making sure their customers have the best experience with their product.

I bought the Kineon Move+ without being sure it would actually help, but it has made an immediate difference to my knee pain both when sitting still and running around. The first time I used it - for one 5 minute session - I noticed a couple of hours later that I had been sitting with my laptop without my knees stiffening up or becoming painful as they usually do. After a couple of weeks, one of the light units developed a fault and began discharging much faster than its siblings. The customer service from the Kineon team has been polite, helpful and prompt. Overall, an excellent product from a very good team.

Update - customer suooort got back to me and fixed the price. Looking forward to receiving it. Was buying under the Black Friday special Then was charged US70 more after I approved payment for the lesser amount Have raised a query days back but haven't heard back.
