I must also praise the product itself (Kineon Move+), which has provided noticeable relief to my 80-year-old father, who suffers from back pain.

I was impressed by the strong customer service. The quick and thorough answers to my questions about using the device for a wrist fracture were detailed and helpful. I have used the Kineon Move+ for a broken wrist and can recommend it. The travel case is convenient, portable, and TSA approved. The red therapy has improved my mobility and eased my pain. I was unsure at first because of the cost, but the quality and results justify it.

I’ve noticed marked improvement in my Achilles bursitis since using the Move+. I’ve dealt with this injury for so long that it turned calcific. Since using the Move+ 2x per day (total of 30min), it’s becoming pliable, functional tissue again--my ortho was equally shocked. Not only does the device work, but the customer service is also exceptional (which feels increasingly rare these days). Long story short, I’m an ultra runner and thruhiker and rely on my body to regenerate quickly to keep me enjoying my sport. This device helps that process noticeably and will continue to be a part of my daily routine.

Along with the product being great, the customer service is great! I got my first unit 2 years ago and I saw that they had updated the strap. I inquired about the new strap and I was provided a link to the new strap, which I purchased immediately.
