I bought this through my sponsorship at Indiegogo. Having been experiencing weakening knees (especially my right), I was really concerned about how my Christmas vacation trip in which I planned to walk, hike, swim, paddle, and kayak throughout Florida, Georgia, and Virginia would be possible. I was losing sleep over it. Luckily, the company delivered the product early. I was able to do all the activities I wanted and, to my delight and surprise noticed a strengthened right leg. I am super happy and will be talking to my orthopedist on how to complement the excellent therapy offered by the Move+ with my specialist's suggestions. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Try it. It will change your outlook on life (it changed mine!).

This device has definitely helped with my knee pain. I am also having great results using it for tennis elbow, although the strap is not designed for this. I look forward to being able to order different strap configurations.

The Move+ was purchased through crowd funding and it was shipped and delivered as stated. The Move+ works well, with all three lights being able to turn on and off. Timer is for 5m, which is fine. The strap is only OK. It can be difficult to place the lights if it isn't just on the knee and the strap can only get so small. Given the way the straps are made, you can't remove one of the light holders and have an even smaller strap. Maybe velcro for the strap rather than the buckle system. Even better would be to have a way to 'stick' the light holder to the skin and be able to position them wherever is needed (like a sholder or hip or lower back.

After 2 weeks of using the Move+ device my chronic pain has subsided significantly! I can comfortably make it through the night without having to rely on the nightly dose of ibuprofen! Woo woo!

Usually I'm not a long review writer but I have to say that every step with them is good, from the website great design that clearly shows this is not a scam nor an everyday products with super claims that is actually fake! shipping was great, packing was even greater! Communication with my complicated pain issue has really got my attention, that the staff from customer service to the CEO are all attentive to my needs! Thats really great and is not just a feeling, this is real. Although I'm on my first steps with them but I can tell that I have high hopes. Oh, I forgot to mention the important point, the device quality is really good and more than my expectation. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that because I'm just starting my treatment and I still have no idea about how efficient it would be with my complicated state!

ordered on 8 December and was told they would guarantee delivery by christmas. its now 21st of December and i'm yet to even receive a tracking number. I emailed them over 24 hours ago asking what the status of my delivery is and telling them I haven't received the shipping survey yet (i've checked my whole spam folder since 8 December) and still haven't heard back. I also can't find a number to call and when i try use the website chat option it says "there is a problem please try again later" Its getting to the point now where i'm starting to worry slightly if this is a scam and that i'm never going to receive my product. I also worry that if the product does comes and after 30 days of use i'm not satisfied and return it, they won't send the money back. I'm not too worried at this point but I just want to get some feedback. Thanks
