Less than a week out of the box, one of the lamps would charge only to 94% capacity. They lose charge quickly. Not cheap. I sadly bought through Amazon which makes it even harder for queries and returns. For the cost I expected better.

The straps are not easy to regulate for someone who has pain in shoulders and hands. I am not sure if there is improvement in my pain. What is driving me mad is that they have desynced and I have tried everything on help site and youtube and nothing works. Also some instructions seem to be for a previous model as they are not applicable to my model bought a few months ago

Received an email yesterday with a $50 off code which did not work. Accidentally hit submit in the middle of the night when checking for the 10th time to see if it started working, so I didn’t get the discount promised.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for the feedback. We want to clarify with you that discount codes mention that they cannot be stacked with current ongoing promotions. We've launched our New Year promo with 40% so other codes, for example, the ones you get, for subscribing to our mailing list will not work. We hope this clarifies it for you! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help and we'll always be happy to assist you further. Kind regards, Kineon Customer Support Team

Product works, logistics suck.
Response from Kineon LabsDec 1, 2023
Hello Dean, We're happy to hear that you've already tested the device! Apologies for the issues caused by logistics. The recent Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals have made logistics hard not just for us but generally for all logistics providers. We're continuously reviewing our processes and improving them so rest assured knowing that we're doing all that we can to make sure all orders are shipped and delivered accordingly. If you ever need help with the device, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist you further! Kind regards, Kineon Customer Support Team

the cost of shipping for the 2.0 strap. Wow it's over half to cost. You should have included it as gift. I'm still looking forward to using the pro.

Hello Barry, Sorry to hear about the issues with your order's shipping fees! We're actually in the process of reevaluating our logistics process and we're looking to improve the shipping costs of our accessories. We've requested additional information regarding your order so we can review it and we'll be more than happy to assist you further! Kind regards, Kineon Customer Support Team

This product is very good technically. Several peer reviews tap this as the deepest penetration for joint and tissue issues. It is very targeted so you need to move ie several times if you are treating an area. My biggest complaint is their strap system. Hard to adjust and inadequate for larger areas. They sell additional straps but for the price paid they should be included.

Still trying to re-sync my Kineon unit but unable to. Sent several emails and followed all steps exactly. I tried at least a dozen times

The device works ok still too soon to judge effectiveness though the charge is a little short . The real deficiency is in the straps that are not variable enough in length and the buckle flimsy for such a high end product
