Shipping was super fast!!! Got my move plus in less than 5 days!! Used it only once for a fifteen minute session on my knee. It is too soon to tell long term results but I will say that after the treatment I did feel a good sensation in my knee joint. And the move plus fells very well made. Seems sturdy and the light is very bright. Thanks kineon!!!

After more than a month of using the Kineon Move+, I can confirm that it does mostly work; however, it needs more accessories to allow it to be easily used on various areas of the body. I really want to use it on wrists and elbows, and the large strap it comes with does not offer any easy ways to do that; it fits the knee. Accessories that are simple elastic bands with holes to support the Kineon light modules might work for the wrist and elbow. Effectiveness: While it does seem to relieve pain and issues, the pain-free effect feels more temporary than I would like, particularly on places like elbows where it is harder to place it usefully. It does seem like the healing trajectory is slowly upward, though, so things may get better in the future. Other concerns: It uses rechargeable batteries, so I hope its life is acceptable. Rechargeable devices, especially ones like this with no good way to replace the batteries, always concern me as to their effective life. The portability, however, is largely excellent thanks to its use of battery power. Perhaps some other designs with replaceable batteries could also be in the future. Edit March 20, 2023 to add a few other points: The quality is mostly good, though there are a few minor issues. The light modules themselves seem high quality, with some metal parts and a solid feel despite mostly-plastic construction. The strap they snap into seems average quality, with a plastic buckle and plastic holders for the light modules but (thankfully) metal adjustment loops. The fit of the modules in the plastic receptacles is OK, but it's frustrating to pop them in and out to recharge them as the receptacles grip them tightly and it feels difficult to remove the modules without potentially stressing or damaging the holders or their plastic attachment points to the straps. Or the modules can go flying, as they suddenly spring free once the receptacles let go! The packaging and accessories are OK. The case feels decent. The charger really seems like it should have a bit more information printed on it (say on the back/underside), not just a logo and three lights adorning a blank black box. The velcro cable tie used to secure the USB charging cable during shipping actually snagged on the light module snap when I unboxed everything, causing slight damage to the strap. (Velcro items seem prone to snagging things, so it seems like a poor choice.)

As someone that over the years, I’m now age 56, has suffered a number of knee and tennis elbow issues the Kineon + has been amazing. I use on both knees a few times a week and the reduction in knee pain from years of running and training is second to none. I already own various red light machines but this really targets the problem areas.

I’m very satisfied with my device and it works very well, but I’m already familiar with Low laser therapy so I know how effective it is. This device makes it so easy to treat my own problems. I asked about a more versatile strap for better treating various joints and got a response with a very good offer, so all creds there. I had no problems with delivering either, it came as promised and I got notifications all through the process. So for me it’s been all positive and I’m considering getting another device and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to treat themselves.

The customer service, I couldn't ask for better. They showed me that they are genuinely concerned about any complaints, or issues you may have with your device. ( I must name Edward.) They actually replaced my device, that I thought was defective. Because I have a replacement, I need more time to determine if the device is helping my injury, but the organization is very trustworthy.

Edward from Kineon IGG always responded to my inquiries and has been accommodating whenever I write. I was an early contributor for the Move+ and I received my device within the time frame that was estimated when I made my contribution. I am satisfied with their product and customer service.

I ordered a Move+ and paid for shipping through an Indiegogo special promotion. About than a week later, Kineon dropped the price by $20 and included the shipping cost. To rub salt in the wound, they promised delivery in 48 hours instead of the 3 months for my order. I sent an email asking if I could get my order shipped sooner or if I should cancel my original order an buy one under the new terms. I heard nothing until after to new offer - even extended - closed. Then I got a thank you for my order form response. I canceled my order. They seem to have ignored that request, also.
