While it was back ordered for a time
While it was back ordered for a time. I received it and it is very professionally made. I have used it on my shoulder and while I still have pain, I think it is working. Great company.

Disappointing …
Disappointing....Product ordered was not product received. Straps and connectors shipped are not the same as advertised and in the promotional materials. The straps and connectors received are cheap useless ill conceived garbage. Making the Move+ device frustratingly hard to use if not impossible. A waste of time and money. Not recommended.

Second Purchase of Move+
I just received my second set of the Move+ and really like the improvements over the original Indiegogo style. I like that you can tell how much battery is left and that the length of the session can now be adjusted. My wife and I both had good results with the original purchase, and this second one keeps us from battling who gets to use it.

Haven’t received the Kineon Move + yet…
Haven’t received the Kineon Move + yet but hoping for the best based on the technology and reviews. Can’t give 5 star yet until I have the unit and have tried it. Also unfortunately I got an email almost immediately after purchase notifying me that they’re due to high demand and supply chain issues that the order would be delayed more than expected. That’s a bummer. But at least I’ll also be receiving the upgraded version of the Move + so at least there’s that to look forward to Update: I’ve already received the device and it was faster then I expected and it is the fully upgraded version :) to speak on its effectiveness I’ve only used it 3 days so far but I actually do think it has helped somewhat. My activity level is working out 5 days a week and tennis 2-3x a week. Will update again the stars should I really feel the difference after a few weeks

Game Changer for Headache relief
Let me just say that the Kineon is a game changer for headaches. I had a recent concussion and the headaches were terrible. Placing the unit around my head for 3 five minute sessions really gave me relief.

Misinformation regarding delay in my order
I placed my order which was confirmed and was then advised of possible delays after a snow storm and supply issues. I then received an email that told me there was a query regarding my mailing and billing address? I was then asked to send a picture of a piece of mail or my driving licence to confirm my address. I have never had this before and I won’t be sending a picture of my driving licence. I have been told that if I don't do this my order will be cancelled. So I am not overly impressed. I have emailed your company as well as this feedback request so hopefully I should get an answer. Regards Paul
