Only 3 stars, because I simply can’t tell yet after one week if it is actually making a difference, but maybe some of the pain has eased (achilles tendon, golfer’s elbow). However the strap even on the newer version definitely needs redesigning again as the velcro keeps popping off and doesn’t keep the device in place.

They seemed good and offered an introductory discount. So, I was going to buy one a few days before the price increase. But didn’t know if they could deliver to a PO Box and asked if they did or not. But … They delayed getting back to me until after the price had gone up.

It is not the mistake or misunderstanding that is gets me upset in most situations, it is the follow-up (or lack there of) or a poor response. When I asked for a change to my order and got no response, I was frustrated. Though the answer to my email wasn't in the expected 24 hours, it evidently was sent before I gave the company a "1 star" review. Their response to my rating was immediate and they directly answered my question and actually did me a favor to change my order to the new offer. This was the right way to respond and was terrific! Thank you Edward!! Cant wait to get my new Move + 1-star review from 4/18/23: They won't respond to my email, either. Got an email asking if I want to upgrade to the Move+ Pro. Since I never received the first one I ordered, I thought I would upgrade and pay the difference. I emailed asking for info on why I never received the first one and also asking if it hadn't been sent to cancel or upgrade to the new one. No response. Can't wait for the answers so I can change the review to a 4 or 5 as a happy customer.

I am a doctor and a former marathon runner, currently I have mild and permanent knee pain due to cartilage wear, which does not prevent me from leading a normal life. That's why I saw the kineon alternative on indiegogo and decided to try it, and I sincerely believe that it improves function and joint pain, however, like any new device, it can be improved, with better tape, regulate the time of use, improve the manual use, which gives very little information, recommendations for each particular joint and what type of charger is recommended, since 2 of my modules a month or two months were damaged, so I had to contact them, fortunately they told me that they would replace it free of charge, after demonstrating with video and photos its damaged.

Hi, what a surprise! It was all sent from Shenzhen, our country. It's too fast. I received the goods within 3 days of placing the order and I'm trying them out for my wife.

Only had the product 1 day, so I can’t confirm any benefits as of yet but the strap that comes with the product is terrible for the price you pay. Still awaiting the email that you have supposedly sent regarding how to use your “High quality strap”
