Horrible!!!!! Don’t do it!!!! Scam!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of easily scheduling an appointment with my preferred doctor, and fortunately, there were available slots within just a few days. The confirmation text I received reassured me of the appointment. The medical providers were exceptional, and upon concluding the visit, they provided comprehensive notes detailing my next steps and when I should schedule a follow-up.

First time using K-Health. There will not be a second time. My regular doctor is on vacation this week and I have developed a sore throat -- first time I've been sick in close to 10 years. When I couldn't get in to see my primacy care doctor, I figured I'd try tele-visit. So I found K-Health and figured I would just go this route. I went through the symptom questions, then chatted with the doctor, Dr. Samuel Tredemeyer. The doctor asked me pretty much the same series of questions I filled out. Apparently he didn't look at it. I told him I had white bumps on my tonsils and red bumps on my throat like I get with strep. He didn't believe me and proceeded to make me take a series of awkward photos of my throat. None of them would turn out well --how do you get a clear, close-up image of your own throat with a computer?? I tried flashlights, another iphone, my son taking the photo. None satisfied this guy. I'm not one to call a doctor for the sniffles here. If I'm spending money to make an appointment with a doctor, and I tell you I have white bumps, I freaking have white bumps dude! I feel gross and I'm so embarrassed that there are like ten photos of me trying to do this for this jerk. In the end, he told me it's not strep and I should go to an urgent care.... I feel like utter garbage, so I did. Another $75 copay later, it's strep and they gave me antibiotics. I will NEVER be using K-Health again. Lesson learned.

Disgusting. What a mockery of the Hippocratic Oath. Makes me sick. They really give off the message that they hate you here. Making me wait for over 2 hours for nothing. Already took the money and ran with no way to refund it. Filth. Do not get services here. I'd have gotten more mental help just flushing my money down the toilet. :::: After waiting 2.5 hours a doctor SABINA REBIS , NPI # 1134515299 entered the chat and instantly left without sending a message. Dooming me to wait another 2.5 hours for a doctor to join the chatroom. Absolutely deplorable. I have immediately cancelled my service and submitted a DOH-3867 complaint form via hand-written mail to the New York State Department of Health. I WILL dispute a charge back with my credit card company for this lack of service and harmful behavior for a mental health appointment. Readers: please do not make the same mistake I did.

Terrible company scam. Took 39 for nothing. I knew I had a dental infection. I had been on it for months previously until I can get my tooth repaired. I told the "doctor" that. She told me to go to urgent care to get iv antibiotics. Lady I don't need it antibiotics when augmentin has been working the last 3 months. She argued and closed the chat. This is a scam am based on reviews it happens often.

Whatever you do DO NOT USE K.Health. I dont know what happen but they went down hill as over a year ago I was able get a prescription for my husband tooth infection will no issues. It was sent to pharmacy quickly. Fast forward July 2023. So we all know it's July 4th weekend. My doctor is closed on the weekends. So I decided to come to K.Health. I already knew what my symptoms were as I already stated it to the suppose "doctor" they had me talking with and all she said was the name of what am dealing with (which I already stated to her beforehand) then she said to go to the doctor she can't help and closed the chat on me! No help nothing... no prescription.... NOTHING. I had to fight back and forth over 2 hours through the app until supervisor Angelina came on and refunded the $39. What a nightmare STAY AWAY!!!

I was reading all the negative reviews on here while waiting for the doctor (after I already paid the 39 dollars) and I was so upset thinking for sure I got scammed- But it worked out fine! I got the antibiotics i needed prescribed and picked them up at a pharmacy an hour later. This service actually worked for me when trying to go to a urgent care earlier had been a nightmare. Maybe the law varies by state? I was in DE if that helps anyone.
