I was having sever neck/shoulder pain and went thru the "symptom checker" and it stated their physicians could help me. Their advice was the follow up with my primary care doctor. It's a Saturday therefore that isn't an option otherwise I would have contacted them and used my insurance. It was the BIGGEST waste of $39. I do NOT recommend them.

Omg, I thought I’m the only one got scam by these low life doctors here! I just got scam for $39 and didn’t get anything in return as well! I feel like I’m having a UTI and is in needs of antibiotics ASAP so paid $39 and have this low life doctor on the chat with me and told me I have to go get lab test! What the heck?! Seriously! If I have the time to go get lab test why the heck I paid $39 for using their service for?!! At the end the low life told me if I don’t have any result for lab test there’s nothing she can do to help me! So basically they’re only here scam people they’re not real doctors! And when I ask for a refund because there’s no medical provided! The low life here told me no refund! I guess everyone here are correct about it! Please stay away from them everyone!

These people should be in prison. I didn't bother to look up the reviews for this service because there was a link to it directly from my insurance provider's website (Anthem). $39 and 2.5 hours later my two minute appointment with, I supposed a real person, informed me that I wasn't even eligible for treatment through their service because of my insurance provider (What?) and I was given "a referral" to a generic information site. Conversation ended. Are you kidding me? How is this legal?

I saw their site and they advertised cheap ED medication, and prescription. I filled out information sent in my ID. Paid $39 dollars for a visit only to be told that “Arizona Law” doesn't allow tele-health of ED and that I need to go see a doctor. First off that’s a lie. In Arizona you can get ED prescriptions through telehealth. It’s 100% legal. They took my money and my information and gave me nothing in return

Had tooth infection, the doctor asked 2 questions then told me to go to the er ….. for tooth pain. I asked is that their only advice and they left the chat. $40 to get abused. I used them in the past , they are just being money grubs.

I have been a behavioral health patient of K Health for 3 years. They said they would send notifications of when I needed to check in with the physician in order to receive my prescription refills. They sent notifications for about 1 year & then quit. As a result, there have been two occasions in 3 years that I've forgotten to check in prior to my prescription running out. The 2nd time was today. I was only 2 weeks late & still had some meds left as I had accidentally forgotten to take them 2x day. The MD was really rude & hateful, said if I was going to continue not checking in & intentionally not take my meds as prescribed that that they would have to quit treating me. I'm furious! They keep raising the price every month, they keep taking my money every month, they promise to send me notifications which they don't do and 2 times in 3 years I miss checking in and this is the service and response I get!!! Also, I told the MD that I wasn't "intentionally" not taking my medicine, but that on several days I had accidentally forgotten to take the second dose. This happened approximately 10 out of 90 days. They want to keep taking your money monthly but they don't want to provide you with any services. I could understand if this was a common occurrence like every other month I failed to check in and/or wasn't taking my medicine appropriately. But as I stated before, this happened two times in 3 years! They certainly remember to take my money every month but can't remember to send me notifications.

If I could rate 0 of 5 stars I would. Whatever you do DO NOT use K Health! Awful experience and would never use them again. They refuse to issue a refund for inadequate service.
