Basically, I provided my photo and symptoms and was told that I need to see a doctor. I know I have strep throat and was feeling too bad to drag myself to the doctor. After receiving PAYMENT, the Dr. was quick to dimiss my condition and told me to continue with Tylenol. Livid . . .

Horrible experience, twice.Doubt there are any doctors on staff. Nurses completely misdiagnose patients, which creates more health issues. Waste of money, don’t use this service. There are better services out there.

Tried K Health twice for ringworm (pretty routine and minor stuff). First time, a Dr. Hammett, prescribed a steroid cream and it got worse. Friends in medical field told me that makes it worse. Told me to try OTC fungal ointments which helped treat the ringworm but there are residual blisters. Tried a 2nd time with K Health to get an oral med, but a Dr. Collins said nothing could be done. But guess who's keeping my $78 for doing nothing?

I accidentally hit not satisfied with Dr. Waller. Like I said total accident. She was phenomenal. She throughly evaluated every problem, I was having. Then prescribed exactly what was needed. If you see this Dr.Waller I am so sorry the app moves rather quickly, and I just meant to tap satisfied. Luckily the support team was able to point me in this direction, and I really hope you see this. You are a great doctor, and I am so lucky you were the one who treated me. As things are already starting to heal. Thank you again Dr. Waller you are very good at your craft, I’m so lucky I was out in contact with you. I will never use an urgent care again, if the other doctors are anything like Dr. Waller you’ll be in great hands. Thank you Dr.Waller Matthew Wilkinson

This is the most ridiculous thing ever! At first it told me i likely had strep throat. And to talk to a Dr. And get a prescription it would cost me $39.00- I paid - talked to a Dr. What a joke! There’s no prescription- only a person telling me how to soothe a sore throat. Seriously! For $39.00 Don’t do this! It’s not what it’s cracked up to be.

SCAM! I'm waiting for a refund. Should be a class action suit.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff is unprofessional, and it takes forever to even talk to someone. The app kept glitching and crashing, and caused me to not be able to cancel my membership before they charged me again. Requested a refund and was told no. Overall a negative experience, and I recommend saving your time and money.

Total scam. Took my payment then said they couldn’t help. I was also denied a refund. I wish I would’ve read these reviews first.
