I called about an ear infection. The dr asked if I had a scope so he could look in my ear, of course I don’t just happen to have one laying around so that was the end of the visit. No other questions or help at all!

1. On time for appointment. 2. Great credentials 3. Asked all good questions 4. The Dr was concise and courteous 5. Didn’t waste time 6. Follow up with script timely

Responsive, good listening with excellent knowledge

I’ve been with K Health 3 or 4 years now it was originally 19.99 which was great then I was told my plan was no longer available and I needed to renew ok .. fine well ya bam it’s price has gone up 29.99. and no mention. I’ve stayed with it though since it’s convenient but May drop it and just go through primary care physician

The most recent doctor didn't care about what I'd gone through and only suggested a treatment that was too similar to what I'd already done. She wanted to give my a steroid cream. Spent even more money to go to a urgent care clinic. I needed a strong oral antibiotic. If I could give the review 0 stars, I would.

Doesn't work. Permanently stuck "scanning document" after trying to upload ID. I'm desperate for antibiotics for an abscess and I've since reconsidered after this since it seems other reviews point to the fact there's no protection or refunds for poor service and I'm highly unlikely to get my issue resolved here even if the site worked.

They don't have real doctors. If you have an ongoing condition they can do basically nothing. The will try to do something like help and will charge you providing no value. The system is really unstable, bugs, glitches, etc. It's a scam.
