I had urinary infection I know what it is because I had them before they make you pay first and then told me I would have to go to lab and get tested before they could give me antibiotics so I went to urgent care and paid twice

The initial provider sent the rx into the wrong pharmacy as when I checked with my pharmacy it was never received. The pharmacy sent to was not my preferred pharmacy listed nor discussed on the profile. When I checked in with another provider he then told where it was sent and that pharmacy was closed. I checked back in to let them know it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and if they can resend to my regular pharmacy that I knew was open and this third provider refused to fill the rx for antibiotics and said K-Health will not treat anyone with an autoimmune disorder on therapy. You guys have prescribed antibiotics for me for a uti multiple times before and I have never had an issue. So essentially I paid $40 for this guy to tell me to go to the ED for burning when I pee. It’s a great waste of emergency resources to have someone with pelvic floor prolapse and chronic UTIs to go to the ED for this. Don’t have providers on an online platform who are that uncomfortable prescribing Bactrim with the caveat of if this worsens then seek emergent medical treatment. Waste of money and waste of time getting appropriate medical care chasing down a prescription that should have been sent to the appropriate pharmacy to begin with that never was to then spend hours trying to sort out logistics to then hit a wall!!

This is my 3rd month with KHealth and I've had GREAT experience with ALL doctors. Refills are prescribed ontime with no issues. Very responsive when I do have questions and/or concerns.

They asked questions to ensure continued effectiveness and minimal side effects of the med. whole procedure was quite easy and painless to accomplish. The date I listed is an approximation, I don't recall the exact date.

I have been very impressed by the level of service provided, the cost, the efficiency and the speed at which i received the prescription. I will definitely reuse this service in the future

I struggle find a pcp that actually listens to my needs and makes me feel comfortable with what I wants. All of the khealth doctors I have talked to have listened and helped me find a good path for what I need. The service is all very simple but always in depth to make sure what they are providing is the right thing

Very easy to answer the symptoms questions. Connecting with the doctor after was also easy. I was in so much pain and the medicine helped right away. Thank you
