It is very difficult to get a prescription renewal. One if the medications I take is not on your list and in order to get it sent in I have to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Scheduling was not available on the app, so I had to call to het someone to schedule the appointment. I ask for a 3 month supply with one refill to cover me until my next blood work, but then a one month supply with one refill gets sent to the pharmacy, so I will have to make another appointment in 6 weeks to get another Refill. It is time consuming and does not need to be.

Excellent customer service and clinicians. Please bring back a button for chronic Rx reorders.

I have had several really good experiences with K Health. Most recently, I needed a refill for anxiety medication until I could see my new PCP. I was connected with Dr. Hemphill; she was so kind, understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend this service.

I was on vacation out of state and had a health issue come up. It was so great that I could have my issue reviewed and get real help quickly from a doctor. The app was quick to categorize the issue I was having and overall it took less then an hour to get the help I needed so I could continue my vacation with my family. The doctor was courteous, sympathetic and quick to help!

K is beyond useful. I've used it several times for both primary care and urgent care. Every once in awhile I run in to an issue but it can be easily fixed by support normally. Victoria S. in support has received my call a few times and she is a star! She's extr6well spoken, kind, patient, and pays a strong attention to detail.

The mental health NP I was able to see was absolutely what I needed in that moment. She was completely caring and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. I’m a nurse so that was a big deal for me.

So far so good! I've used K Health for general healthcare and mental health care and have had a great experience with my providers. Love having access to a professional 24/7 in case I need anything. Being uninsured, K Health allows me access to healthcare without breaking the bank. Thank yall for everything!
