They prescribed the wrong medicine. Told them what meds work for me for my condition they wanted to do a different med. Follow up doc a week later when condition was still ongoing was thoroughly unhelpful and just said that the first doc should have listened and I wouldn’t have my current issue and that there was nothing they could do at this point since I had already done one antibiotic. Want a refund. Outrageous.

I've been using KHealth for over a year now and the Doctors have been great. They take the time to discuss your needs and provide the best solutions. They also are sure to follow-up if needed. Prescriptions can be delivered straight from KHealth to make the experience even speedier. My only complaint is that the app does not have great UI/UX. I would post 5 stars if it were redone to be less confusing. Definitely worth signing up.

I would give this company a much higher mark, but my issue was a dental problem that I needed antibiotics to get rid of an infection. They provided me with an antibiotic, and I started to try to get into a dentist to get my tooth taken care of. I got an appointment for next Friday, which is almost 2 weeks away from the infection first starting to give me pain. I therefore wanted to renew my prescription as to not get reinfected, but I could not. I was told I would have to start all over again and repay another fee in order to renew the prescription. This is not what I expected from K health. That means another 39.00 plus prescription price. I feel this is a continuation of what they just helped me with, but they won't continue the care. Instead, they want another fee.

The advertising for this app could use work. I signed up thinking it was a cost effective way for me to get back into the psychiatrist. Unfortunately I was turned away because my case was “too complex”. Not until I paid my $49 fee though. I don’t have any other need for the service so I really just feel like I was duped. It should be more clear what kinds of things will disqualify you BEFORE you pay for it.

I had a great experience with Dr. Farwell. He was very informative and provided a lot of feedback and information. Appointment was supper easy & I can track all of our comments on yhe app, which is great.

I love how easy it is to speak with a doctor.

It was fast and convenient for me to get seen and get the prescription I needed.

My visit on Thursday with Dr. McMullan was great. So helpful so friendly and offered great insight. However I started a live visit now and nurse McMillan is just awful. I have had issues with her in the past several times. She doesn’t treat patients with care or respect. In fact she is undermining what the Dr and I spoke about on Thursday. I have actually called before to ask that i not be connected with her again and I still was. She is a provider that needs to be removed from the service
