My first visit last week, the Dr didn't do the video call with me like normal. 5 days later medication had not shipped So I reached out. I got charged again for reaching out to check on my medication which big feel was not fair.

I was unable to communicate with anyone after visit.I tried to refill prescription and magically request wasnt approved. I am cancelling a person shouldnt have to pay $50 a month for a routine refill. So of course, now my body having side effects from not taking medicine. I never spoke to a person and you want $50 a month. You are not saving anyone money in the long run.

Signed up paid the 39$. Got a dr Kartik Patel. Who only asked me 2 questions in regards to my uti. Then determined I had to go to a labcorp and submit a urine test. It was a 30 minute drive to the closest location. Couldn't get a refund. Do ur research. They have an F rating in BBB. Same issues with multiple people. We need to shut them down. It's a scam. My sister requested the same service for a uti... got the same dr Kartik Patel the same day and was told the same thing. Such an inconvenience and a waste. Shut them down!!! I work in Healthcare and these people have no ethics or standards.

Dr Maggie listened to my health concerns and understood exactly what I was asking and gave me a clear explanation. It’s very hard to get Drs to hear the patient these days and is the main reason I joined K Health. I appreciate the care you all provide. At the age of 46 and at my heaviest, I asked my primary care Dr what she recommended I do for weight loss and her response, “oh you’re just at that age, get used to it”! Why would I want care from someone like that? This was during the height of Covid and I really didn’t want to be in an office anywhere, much less a doctors office. I had what they call white coat syndrome, or at least that’s what the official diagnosis was. I spoke to K Health and we figured out that it was anxiety and depression and it was worsened from Covid. You all heard me. You listened and then made your diagnosis. Thank you from someone who was really teetering on that fence.

It was easy and didn't feel threatening to tell the doctor what was going on. The doctor listened and provided options. I was able to ask questions and find the right solution based on my needs and concerns.

K Health doesn't treat but still charges. They stated because I have an autoimmune(not what I was seeking care for), that they can't treat me. I am not on any immunsupppressants. Other telehealths provide treatment. K Health literally orders labs, make you jump through loops and use their crappy app, then tell you they can't treat you for strep throat because you have an autoiummune. NOTHING on their site indicates they do not provide care if you have one. It only states they do not provide care for the autoimmune and will not treat certain patients on immunosurpressants. Such crap and waste of time.

Do not sign up for a membership when they will not help you and you have to go to urgent care you will just be out the membership fee!

Availability of physicians - usually pretty quickly.
