I waited >12 hours for your 24/7 care. It happens every time. I have only stayed because of one provider who is wonderful, Lisa Tomlin NP…unfortunately that is no longer enough. I’m tired of paying for services, every month, that are not provided as promised. I was told a refund was under review but that I didn’t qualify. I’m worth better care

I had a virtual visit. The doctor was very understanding, asked questions and explained me my options. Very pleased with the service. I was hesitant to try, but I am glad I did.

I was helped easily was and my problem was helped quickly and I was listened to.

The communication was poor. Apparently I had to input my address for my refill and missed by a digit. The package was returned and I was never informed. When trying to get it clear as to what happened the visits kept ending automatically without my reply and I would have to start another chat. It took a few days just to have it made clear that I was in fact going to receive the refill and only had to wait for a message that it was shipped. That didn’t happen. Instead I received a text and email (at 5:30 in the morning 🤪)telling me to start the refill process again. I contacted Khealth and they just said what was said before, that I would receive a tracking notification. It’s been really bad. Sorry to say it. (Edit) adding also I don’t think entering an address should be necessary if you already have an account and haven’t changed the address.

Fast. Easy to look up your symptoms. Very convenient and a great affordable option for everyone.

It's a scam/fraud saving your card data, charging you for $39 and then connecting you with someone who says in 1 sec "I dont know, go to doctor" even if your question is super simple or been resolved online before. Customer support then will agree with you, saying sorry, confirming it was mistake. But after a couple of days you'll receive that you were charged properly and service provided. Don't waste your time! This khealth should close its business because there is no sense. The only one was Lemonaid but it was acquired and then ruined.

I have been using this app for over 2 years now, and i can say that with full confidence, the quality and consistency of service has improved exponentially. There was a period of time in which i considered cancelling my subscription, but after providing feedback, my suggestions were actually considered and put into place. From the end user experience, this is a huge win, and I feel a great respect toward this service.
