Easy to use. Quick and to the point

I was getting frustrated with my original provider's office because whenever I needed a refill of a medication that was working for me, I would need to make an appointment and take off work for it. When I would go to the office, they would simply ask how I was doing, send in a refill, and charge my insurance an exceptional amount for a 5 minute visit. With K Health, they ask me how I'm doing on my medication and if anything has changed, side effects, etc. I do this all from my phone. Because the medication works for me and I feel better on it, they send in a prescription and follow-up with me monthly (or on demand if I need) without excessive charges. I feel better and this is so much less stressful than dozens of appointments that don't fit my already hectic schedule.

It’s really hit or miss depending on your clinician. Also the app lags a lot when communicating so you might miss texts from the doctor unless you regularly send “.” and things while you’re waiting. It’s okay if you need a regular prescription or have a lapse in your health insurance and need say a prescription for a UTI or something. I was also a longtime user and saw my monthly price more than double but someone I referred to the app had their monthly price stay the same? Kind of bs don’t understand how they decide who was grandfathered in and who wasn’t considering I had the app before them? But okay. It’s not really worth the monthly price, but I always forget to unsubscribe lol maybe I’ll do that now. It’s okay in a pinch but nothing special for long term use.

Pitiful times 2. They are not here to help anyone they are just throwing stuff out and telling you to go see someone in person. Sara Crause basically told me to go back to the doctor. I see they are just giving anybody jobs these days. Doctors aren't doctors anymore and k health has the worst online doctors on earth!don't bother even paying them. They are no help. I repeat no help whatsoever! Close the whole platform down. Thanks

This place is a joke and I don’t think they are any expert in any medical field. It’s like a chat center no matter what is your symptoms they display the Same massages “visit your primary health care physician” WOW WHY DO I NEED YOU THEN 😂😂 My last chat was with so called “ Dr. Horattas-Collins.” And he couldn’t refill a medication I’m already taking it’s not a new prescription. How prophetic is that !! It’s a total waste of money

Horrible. Please do not use this if you have any medical issue. This will make you go in rounds and rounds. Random ask for tests and then further test without any clear idea. They can’t give referral and they might put you in a situation where they will straight up say please go to primary doctor after wasting 3 days
