It is a terrible service. Do not use it. There are cheaper services out there that are better. First of all you pay for an appointment and then once you put in your symptoms, they say that you’ll get a text message when your provider is ready, and you won’t and then you’ll miss the doctor and then you have sit there and wait with your phone open staring at it! And then they will charge you an annual fee without notice. Then you'll complain and they will refund all minus a visit that you never even had! Seriously, look elsewhere, like CALL-ON-DOC! I highly recommend it. :)

Hi Julia, we apologize for the frustrating experience you had. Depending on the state you are located in and the time of your visit, wait times can vary, so we thank you for your patience. In regards to the annual fee being charged, please reach out to us at [email protected], so we can look at your account and assist you. It looks like you selected a membership, which is $49 for the first month. After the first month, patients are automatically enrolled in a quarterly plan (which is $147 each time). A one time virtual visit is $73 and includes 1 week of follow-up chats. These options are provided to patients before they chat with a provider.
