The K Health process starts with an encounter using our advanced clinical AI, which uses a combined knowledge from millions of medical records and thousands of doctors to instantly show you how others were diagnosed and treated. From there you have the option to meet with a licensed clinician. Every clinician is extremely knowledgeable and adheres to strict telemedicine guidelines and company policies that prioritize safety. You can click on the clinician's icon in the chat to learn more about them. We understand that long wait times are extremely frustrating, especially when you aren't feeling well. Hi Nicole, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. Due to the nature of some conditions, our providers may suggest in-person treatment since they cannot physically evaluate you. Additionally, since we are not your regular primary care provider, we do not have access to your full medical history. Our providers follow strict telemedicine guidelines and company policies that prioritize patient safety. In-person treatment is typically suggested as a precaution, since the provider feels that K Health's telemedicine platform is not in depth enough to prescribe any kind of medication at that moment.
