Before meeting with a provider, users interface with our symptom checker AI that uses a combined knowledge from millions of medical records and thousands of doctors to instantly show you how others were diagnosed and treated. After using the symptom checker, users have the option to chat with a provider via the chat. You have the option to either schedule a primary care appointment or have an urgent care meeting.
