Needed a prescription renewal for short term. They asked more questions than my Dr. I was able to get my medicine without delay. Considering using them for my long term medical needs like diabetes .

It took way too long to have the…
It took way too long to have the conversation and to get help. I thought this was a telehealth appointment and it was all by text. I would be asked a question and wouldn’t get a response for 5 minutes each time. This is unacceptable. I was delirious with fever and struggling to get help.

Hi Cyn, we apologize for the long wait time you experienced and understand how frustrating this is, especially when you aren't feeling well. Our telemedicine appointments are conducted through messaging, unless your state requires a video call. Our providers are given approximately 5 minutes to respond to their patients and patients are given 5 minutes to respond to their provider. This is done to ensure that providers can efficiently see patients. We apologize if this was unclear and thank you for providing feedback. We hope you received the care you needed and wish you well.

so convenient
so convenient! I loved that I didn't have to get on a video call, especially when I am not feeling good I don't want to be on a video call. The text message was fast and the provider sent my prescription over right away, I will definitely use this again!

Easy, no hassle experience for basic care
I had a minor issue that I didn't need to see a doctor for in person and that I already knew what treatment I needed. This was a great straightforward way to chat with a clinician, tell them what was going on, and have them prescribe what I needed with no hassle. I was able to get my meds quickly and efficiently sent to my pharmacy and be on my way to healing the same day. I am so grateful this was resolved in a fraction of the time it would normally take me to set up an appointment with my general practitioner, take time off of work, drive to the office, etc. This literally was a chat session which was amazing! My only complaint is that I wish the app could have given me a better estimate of how long the wait would be of when I would be seen. It ended up being a couple of hours, and I kept staring at my phone every few seconds the entire time which made me anxious I would miss the notification. Other than that, the experience was great, and I would definitely use this service again, now that I know what to expect. Thank you!

Long wait but simple process and good service
Overall, the process to meet with a doctor after hours was very easy. I was only confused at one point when I had to select a code/number for a yes/no question. It took a little more than 3 hours to be connected, which would be easier to bear if there was a way to see your number in the queue. The doctor was great. He clearly explained his recommendations, and I left with a solid understanding of the next steps. It was easy to get the prescription I needed, which was incredibly helpful.

My doctor was thorough
My doctor was thorough, patient, relatable and understanding, had me three medicines called in within a half hour and I just love the ease of the app as a whole
