Being able to do a telehealth visit via text was wonderful. I wasn't stuck in an urgent care for hours on end, wasting time while potentially being exposed to other illnesses.

K Health can’t seriously help when you need actual medical attention. I had a UTI and was in immense pain. I spoke to a Dr on K-Health (after waiting an hour) and they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I go see a Dr. in office. I wasn’t provided treatment so when I sought out a refund they declined me and said that the Dr. suggested I get a lab - that was the service. When you are in pain and are told to go make appointments elsewhere, so someone online can then tell you what’s wrong, feels so shady. I was in so much pain I ended up having to go to an actual Urgent Care where I was charged again BUT was able to get a lab done, speak to someone and get a prescription same day. K Health feels like a scam. They know there’s only so much they can do over the phone and yet STILL talk to you to make their money. I’m only leaving this review to save you money. Just go to a physical Dr. where they have all the tools needed to treat you. These people will talk to you and say they “suggested” treatment which you “declined” and then take your money.

Total scam. Took my money and did not provide any treatment. K Health needs to be shut down,

Process was relatively easy and quick. However, I went to Urgent Care the very next morning, because I didn’t feel the treatment plan offered was the correct one. Urgent Care’s PA gave me two completely different prescriptions, and it seems to be the more appropriate treatment plan.

Agree with most. Total scam. Wants labs? That'll be days. I'm in discomfort do something. Waste of money. Go see a REAL doctor.

I was left without treatment for UTI because I needed labs. The right thing to do would have been to put me on the first line treatment then once the UA is back change abx accordingly. I’m a pharmacist and work 12 hours a day it’s almost impossible to call out of work this is why I used k health. Never had a history of abx resistant UTI and I have gotten plenty of UA in the past that confirm it. I was treated as if I was seeking abx. Lastly I had to ask for phenazopyridine for my discomfort because that wasn’t even offered to me.

This is very convenient. Wait was kinda long but no different than going to a busy urgent care but you get to stay in the privacy of your home.

Made a one time appt for $73 on June 20, once I got on with a physician, she told me I made the appt in acute care by mistake. That I needed primary care. She stated she would mark it as “care not given” and I could make a new appt at no charge for primary care. I made an appt for the following day with primary care and it would only let me make the appt by paying the $49 fee. So, I’m out $122 at this point. The primary care doctor on June 21st said she did not see the lab results I had submitted the day before, so she ordered an entire new panel. She pretty much did not want to help until she saw labs results, so that appt was a waste of time. Made a new primary care appt for June 24 to give time for lab results to be uploaded. Saw another physician and he also could not see the labs results and basically couldn’t help me until he saw them. I uploaded all the same lab results that the first primary care doctor ordered, so I am not going to have labs repeated. At this point, I feel like I’ve wasted time and money to get absolutely no solutions. I don’t have any way of knowing when or if my lab results were uploaded to my account, so I don’t know when to make a new appt. I was left feeling more defeated than before I began all of this.
