I have used this service a few times in the past and the cost was around $30...it has now more than doubled. I had a simple case of conjunctivitis (not the first time for me) The PA gave me a prescription for an over-the-counter med ...hmmm. Not good and it did not work. The next day I contacted a different PA through the app. My symptoms were slightly worse than the day before. I asked for an antibiotic eye drop. I was denied and told I needed to see an eye doctor immediately because the PA thought I may have a very serious eye problem...hmmm So, I saw the ophthalmologist with an emergency visit, and guess what? It was just ordinary conjunctivitis and I was given an antibiotic. 2 days later = all better Bad medical advice and made my simple problem into a needlessly expensive one. I will not be using the service again.

Ridiculous! This company will dump you from care even when things are going well and you rely on them to get you medication in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous that they leave you to possibly run out of very important medication if you can't find a new provider in time. Then they give this nothing reply from a literal AI about how "we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations." YEAH I expect to get medical care and you didn't give it to me. This company is a joke.
