Kay health made speaking to a provider super easy. They listen to everything I had to say even things that in person doctors have ignored for the last three years since my appointment and my prescription pick up the pain that I’ve been in for three years has disappeared.

I have always struggled with medical anxiety, which has been why I’ve put off seeing a doctor for so long. But the K Health app and team have helped me overcome that anxiety. After my first consultation, I felt so heard and validated in my concerns about my health. In the past month, I’ve met with two different doctors. Each one of them have reassured me, and took immediate action to get me on a path to feeling better. I am so grateful and will continue to use this platform.

The visit itself was great, but the wait times are excessive. I have used K health twice and have at least a 5 hour wait each time.

Charged 73 dollars for 2 minutes to be told that I had to go to a walking clinic and pay since there is no quest lab close to me. I am poor and don't drive. Closest lab they use is 80 miles. So wasted 73 dollars and then had to find a way to clinic and pay another 80.. I'm pissed and will never use or recommend again they are the most expensive teledoctor. Not worth it .

The app looks cheap. And behaves poorly in chat. It’s too difficult to navigate to what you are looking for. The pricing is strange. There is no breakdown of pricing. I also don’t understand how much it costs to get refills every three months. I thought the doctor was fine but I don’t like to be sold things during an appointment if I’m not asking. If I make an appointment for a specific medication refill, then that is what I’m there to do. I think marketing other tests or services should be separate from an appointment unless the patient is requesting other information about other services. It’s uncomfortable.

I was very pleased using this site for a rash I had. It was easy and the Dr was caring and I was able to get a prescription that day, since we were leaving the next day.
