Use someone else, they charge you then request you get additional labs before they can prescribe. It’s a sick money making scheme.

Once the doctor contacted me, everything went smoothly. However, I did have to wait Almost 2 hours for someone to come on the line.

I liked the quick response and the effort to be helpful. I wasn't happy to have to pay for a service that didn't help or at least have the ability to refer me to someone that could help as an in-person visit was recommended but not directly referred. I was simply given a prescription for medication that isn't working toward healing or even helping ease the symptoms.

I will never go back to regular office visits again. I don’t know why I was so skeptical to use this, but after my last experience in-office to go in for one thing and come out with an unexpected $600 bill, not to mention all the time of waiting and travel- NEVER AGAIN! I had an issue on a Sunday and did not think this app would work. I left it open and continued watching tv from my bed and a few hours later got an alert that a doctor was ready to see me. I had that appt from my bed! Talked to an actual doctor on camera.. On a Sunday! My criteria meant I needed labs, expected and not an upsell- I was scheduled with labcorp where I also know the bill and do not get unexpected ones later. This app continued to check in with me, calling in an antibiotic prior to waiting for results with the option that if the results showed an infection that was resistant to what they called in, then they could call in another. No need to be charged for additional follow-ups.. this wall all part of the SAME visit where all my documentation is right there in the chat log for any first-available to address. I am beyond impressed. I will NEVER go back to traditional!! I was also able to change the pharmacy to something closer to my way back from labcorp, and this would have taken way too long with a traditional receptionist and would not have worked. I would have had to go all the way home and then leave again to the original pharmacy in the other direction. SO MANY REASONS TO USE THIS APP AND NEVER GO BACK TO TRADITIONAL!!!

I loved the convenience of this app and the provider I had was thorough and very prompt. I will definitely use this again for future acute health needs.

Needed a quick appointment for a prescription refill for a skin issue. The process was easy and it didn’t take too long to chat with the provider. I received what I needed which made my vacation go great! Would for sure use K Health again.

Absolutely dreadful, you system doesn't even connect to Sydney health to validate my insurance. I had to call support who were very nice, but just said it should be connected and it still isn't. I needed care so had to pay $55 out of pocket for something which should be free, then the system wanted me to pay the same again when I had a question about the medication - even though I should have access to that session for 7 days, so I'm now waiting for support to get back to me with my refund and have heard nothing. Should should be ashamed of this service, and I would recommend hiring me as product manager to sort this mess out, as I'm technical and I had issues, and it seems the system is designed to be frustrating. Disgusting is a word I would use for this experience, as clearly it wasn't tested. If you want to fix it, feel free to reach out, as I was serious when I said I could fix this for you.
