Great service! First time using telehealth - won't be the last!
I was traveling, it was Sunday, and I couldn't easily get to an urgent care clinic or a doctor. So I tried K Health telehealth service. It was great. I was able to get answers and advice pretty quickly, the doctor scheduled a lab test at a local lab, another doctor contacted me a couple of days later with results, and the doctor ordered a prescription at a pharmacy near me. SO many places things could have slipped through the cracks, but this worked seamlessly for me. I will DEFINITELY use K Health again, it was really great. And I am pretty sure it cost less than seeing my regular doctor (even though I have insurance!). Five stars.
