WASTE of time and money!!!My son used this service after having fever of 103 for 2 days and symptoms of sinusitis. I am a Registered Nurse for 25 years. The #doctor" told him to get a COVID test and use home remedies (which we had already tried). She refused to order a zpack stating antibiotics are over used. She never bothered to ask him when the last time he used an antibiotic. They text you only and didn't even do a virtual visit.

really unsure as to why there are so many bad reviews?! I paid the $19 for the one time visit, answered all of the questions the automated system had to ask then it gave me an option to speak with a clinician. it did take about an hour to get connected with someone but the app notified me the second they were ready! i told the dr i get strep yearly, sent her a few pics of my throat and she sent over antibiotics to the pharmacy of my choice and they were filled by the next hour. i had no issues with this app and have not seen anywhere where my “card was charged for a $9 monthly fee” i was asked if i wanted to start the $9 a month or just do the one time $19 though.

Dr Angela Hon MD understood that my cold or allergies went into my chest and at age 50 I didnt want to continue to fight this on my own. I took 4 rapid covid tests and even a CVS 3 day test all negative. I simply needed an antibiotic to get the phlem out of me. I was using day and nighttime nyquil correctly for a week and added in mucinex dm but that made me drain more and I couldn't discard it fast enough especially at night. I am feeling much better and plan to use her again in the future if need be. Thank u for reasonable phone consult prices and also getting me the best and cheapest antibiotic. Julie

I'm not sure what people are expecting with all these bad reviews but this service did exactly what I needed it to do. I had a tooth flare up into infection on a Friday afternoon and my dentist was unavailable. There was no way I was going to make it through the weekend without antibiotics. This was perfect and affordable. It was easy. If you pay attention to the charges and the description of services they were very upfront about everything. The majority of it is answering questions with an AI and then at the end you WAIT PATIENTLY for a doctor to consult with. My doctor consult was easy. He prescribed antibiotics and encouraged me to make sure I get to a dentist. And the prescription was at my pharmacy immediately. For the one-time fee this was amazing and a life-saver. I was in so much pain and now I'll make it till next week.

Waste of time and money. Wouldn't give a prescription for eye drops for conjunctivitis for my 6yr.old told me to use artificial tears and cold compresses. I have had conjunctivitis and have always received prescription eye drops.

Just be careful and watch your statement. The website states: "If you want to chat with a clinician, a one-time visit costs $19." I had a one-time visit in Feb (it took 4 hours from the time I began trying to initiate the visit until completion) and was charged $19. 3 months later, I noticed I've been charged $19 per month on my credit card. Apparently they signed me up for some kind of monthly subscription without telling me. I got a full refund, but what a load of b.s.
