K Health made all the difference for me with a recent health challenge. It was a matter of a few hours from discovering the symptoms, finding K Health on the web, getting my consultation, picking up the prescription at my local pharmacy and taking the first dose of medication. As it turns out you can get shingles twice. My first outbreak was four years ago. The upside is being able to recognize the symptoms immediately. The sooner you can get treatment the better in terms of severity of symptoms and recovery time. Not only did this app enable me to get treatment immediately (without leaving work) in the end it all cost me literally 10% of what I had to pay for an urgent care visit and meds for my first outbreak four years ago. Although the AI aspect is a little annoying this truly is a revolutionary service in terms of accessibility and affordability, efficiently expediting treatment. This is an amazing alternative to 'traditional health care.'

Joke won’t give antibiotics for uti without labs Absolutely a waste of time and money more time. If your trying too get a script without being subjected to COVID by going to your primary care doctors office or a lab this is not your place they have no clue about people with spinal cord injuries and how common urine tract infections are among other issues. Don’t even waste your time.

I had a great experience with K. Recently resigned from my job, lost insurance, then developed an abscess in my ear and UTI. Needed antibiotics. Signed up for $27, and yes I did have to answer a lot of questions with K on a chat, but K is the computer AI and answering the questions is tantamount to filling out physically your medical intake form when a new patient. The app then alerted me when a board certified physician was available. We chatted in detail and he then ordered my meds at the local pharmacy. Definitely it is worth the money. If you are not comfortable using technology, you won't like this app, but this is the future.

I paid $19 yesterday to get a televisit for a refill for medicine and then you get a whole bunch of written questions you gotta answer but no videochat whatsoever and after all that they make you think that your prescription will be order to your pharmacy within a day and now it's Sunday and it's been more than 24 hrs and no answers, no calls and no prescription anywhere😡 today it is Monday morning and I'm updating my review, I just got a refill in my pharmacy so I guess it is not a total scam like I thought but they have a very impersonal way of doing it and I'm just glad that my money wasn't wasted! my advice is that if you're going to use this app do it before the weekend because I waited from Saturday until Monday to get my hbp medicine! If you need stronger meds immediately go to an urgent care or hospital because all these types of apps won't do controlled substances!

I’m not sure why others have had bad experiences with KHealth, but I paid for a one time appt for $19 at 3:30 this morning and I spoke to a doctor by 3:45am. He sent my RX for antibiotics to my pharmacy and it was ready for pickup as soon as they opened at 9:30am. My face is swollen from a dental abscess. All I had to do was answer a few questions about my symptoms, send a selfie of my swelling, and they were super quick and professional. I would definitely use this service in the future! Completely satisfied!!!
