I’m not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews? I used it for the first time about 12 hours ago and it was quick and painless. I paid 19 bucks. Was told a doctor would be with me in less than an hour. Sure enough, 40 minutes later I was having a chat with Dr. Paul Davidson. Knew I had a simple UTI, prescribed me pills I was able to pick up an hour later and bam. Also ordered a lab just to be safe I have nothing else. The prescription cost maybe 13 bucks? People, BE PATIENT. It’s not a scam. They are HIPPA compliant. These are real doctors. They likely have real life in-person patients as well. Do you get into your doctors office immediately? Likely not. Usually you call one day and can’t even get in until the next. Or if at an urgent care you have to wait the same amount of time as this app if not more. I’ll be using this again in the future for simple things again.

HUGE SCAM!!! We found this on the internet. Decided to give it try for a minor ailment. Took us a long time to answer all the preliminary questions AND give our credit card number up front. Then we had to wait for 2 hours. After finally getting to a "doctor," the "dr." started messaging the same questions we had answered 2 hours prior, which again took forever. Then the "dr." wanted us to take pictures of the affected areas. We were not previously notified that we would have to take pictures. We thought it would be a video or at least a phone conversation, but it was all done by messaging only. While we were taking and sending pictures, which took time because we had to take some bandages off, suddenly the "dr." decided to disconnect without any warning. After that they "submitted us to another clinician" and told us to "stay by the phone" because they would notify us when the "dr." would be "ready to chat." By then it was almost midnight. We started at 7pm! Then they notified us that they would be with us "momentarily, " made us wait another hour, and then "disconnected" again because we didn't answer fast enough. After that they invited to us to "reconnect" again, and when we said yes, they told us that they will be available only the next day at 9am!!! - that's 24/7 service for you. Also, in that message they said that they are open 9am till 11pm. So who had been "chatting" with us and promising us to connect us with a doctor from 11pm till 12:30am? If you think you are getting a good service, you are NOT. Find someone else! These people are just wasting your time and money, hoping that you will just get tired and go away and they will keep your $20 for connecting you with a robot.

Paid. Got in touch with a Dr. Answered a good amount of questions. He said he'd send in a prescription to my pharmacy (antibiotics for tooth infection) --- pharmacy never received prescription. Still haven't received it. Honestly would just like my money back to apply to a real dentist visit.

zero stars! not a real Dr, after almost two hours of waiting, it was a bot texting me. if you know the English language you can tell very easily there is no human dialogue going on? the bot uses common non-used words to discuss normal things, like "I am populating your information," and other out-of-place phrasing. in the end, the bot gave me no script and played it legally safe and said to seek an in-person appointment with my Dr. it was a big scam.

Seems like a lot of these reviews are looking for more than this company has to offer. However, they were very helpful to me & fulfilled my needs. I was on Wellbutrin a couple years ago & recently i feel like I need it again. I said exactly that after paying the $20 & there was a DR available almost immediately afterwards. They prescribed me after a few questions & I just received my first fill. This was a lot easier than going to an actual DR & I think it was worth it to gamble the $20 as to wether or not they can treat your specific problems. It isn’t the same as other telehealth services, It’s more like “come see if you can get your prescription filled online” and for me, it worked. If you can’t afford to risk the $20 then go to a CVS urgent care. I also noticed some other reviews complaining that this company doesn’t offer benzodiazepine prescriptions but they were perfectly upfront about that. The website said so before they ask you to pay the $20.

This app was a lifesaver while on vacation. Sign up took less than 10 minutes. I connected to a physician in the state I was in, who knew exactly what was wrong before I could even let her know I've had this issue happen before. She was caring, listened when I said that a certain medication she wanted to prescribe didn't work and offered an alternative. Meds were immediately called in to the pharmacy nearest me and I can relax knowing I'm getting what I need. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Used KHealth for the first time about 2 weeks ago. The TeleDoc diagnosed my issue perfectly and prescribed meds that cured me 100% in less than a week. Amazing Grace thanks to all of you at KHealth.

There’s a ton of bad reviews here but fortunately I had a fantastic experience. I had to fill out the questionnaire 2x, only because I forgot to log in with my email address. I was then connected with a clinician around 15 minutes after answering every question. We then zoomed for about 10 seconds, and he put in a prescription that was ready within 30 minutes and I just picked it up, the doctor even gave me some coupons that made it around $15. He even put in a lab work if I was interested in doing.
