Do not go to that site!!!!! Doctors are careless and literally do not care about your health!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will report to every one I can to shut this site down. So dangerous!!!!!!!!!

They were terrible!!! The first clinician I saw said they looked at my results - go to a lab and get testing they "hung-up". I provided details regarding the fact that testing had been done 2 weeks earlier by my girlfriend and I had this issue over 2 months. Her results all came back negative. I try to get something for a yeast infection but they won't even listen to anything I said.

The worst health app out there. Don't waste your money or time. Do any other app but this one. They prescribe otc stuff. It's ridiculous... the doctors are scared to prescribe anything other than tylenol...ridiculous! You've been warned.

My husbands upper respiratory infection worsened on a Saturday and we tried this app. Quick and easy and we had meds prescribed in about 30 minutes and sent directly to our local pharmacy. Highly recommend

My wife's sister drove in to surprise my wife from a long way. The problem was they she arrived sick with a debilitating migraine. I had experience with sumatriptan, previously. I found K Health doing a search and took a change. She was was desperate, therefore so was I to help her. Fairly quickly, a medical professional got back to her and prescribed the sumatriptan and called it to the pharmacy. I trust this service and so should you! I'm not a plant, I'm a person who had a really bad problem and K Health helped me help her. My wife is coming back from the pharmacy now. God bless you K Health!!! And a heartfelt thank you!!

Wait time for chat with doctor was short but once the chat began it took an hour for her to prescribe a medication that I listed before the consult. It took 10-15 mins between messages to get a response. I believe they have a 10 min max wait time for messages so she would send just a period on numerous occasions. Will never use again.

Utterly useless I tried several times to get medication. Yet, according to them, I didn't need it, despite fully qualified Dr's saying I did, utter charlatans and please avoid

I HAVE to give 1 star, apparently, so I will say downloading and using the app was fine. I was contacted by a Dr after about 15-20 mins ... well within the hour time-frame noted up front. However, from there, straight downhill. So, I will not be recommending this svc/app at all. I called in and supplied exactly what I wanted/needed to treat an intermittent issue. Showed pics of the pill bottle from my regular physician that solves the problem, EVERY single time within 2-4 days at the outside. NOT an exotic medical problem -- NOR an exotic, overly powerful medicine, NOTHING restricted (by law) as far as the medicine. Only needed 10 pills of an Antibiotic, as I've run out of my refills. Been out of work for over a year due to COVID, don’t have insurance, and can't afford to pay for a doctor's appointment. My husband is 76, and is on Medicare, so I can't be on his. This Dr. refused to prescribe this Antibiotic, and phoned in a .01% topical antibiotic cream. Tomorrow will be a week, and it's NOT getting any smaller/better. With the Antibiotics like before, I'd have been done two days ago. Don't waste your time nor money!! So sad ...
