Scam. I agree. Stay away. They won't give you a simple prescription for a simple problem. Waste of money.

Set up an account for my husband last week and one for myself today. After the payment was processed and the steps completed the app thought i was my husband. Waited 1 to 2 hours to be seen and the "physician" refused to assist me. The payment was orocessed, the service was not received and the customer service and user exoeriwnce is severly lacking.

Scam. They say in the sales material they’ll send your prescription to local pharmacy. Wasn’t given that option, only to buy meds from them, after I had already paid for “primary care”, which was worthless. Contacting the CA medical board, bbb, everyone I can think of.

Pros: can easily chat with a doctor, no phone calls or video calls needed, quick prescriptions, cheap Cons: has mostly male doctors, the platform should understand many women are not comfortable discussing mental health issues with male doctors, also have to upload a selfie everytime you chat with a doctor, did not have to do this with other telehealth programs

Tried this online service and totally got scammed! Doctor prescribed amoxicillin for upper respiratory infection and it didn’t work. The infection settled into my sinuses and even though I paid a second time $27.00) to speak with a doctor through the so called prescription renewal button thinking they would just change my script. No, I was told after I paid that their policy is a suitable medication for 7 days and after that I have to see a primary urgent care physician. I was not aware of the prescription being amoxicillin until I picked it up, it has never worked for sinus issues in the past for me. Stay away from this online fraudulent company!! The second doctor was an absolute winch!! The reviews are real! Scam scam scam!!

I’ve used K health twice. Once in January and again today. I’ve had a great experience both times. Unfortunately, I’m very prone to UTI’s. For this reason, I take a lot of preventive measures to ensure I don’t get one. But every so often, one still slips through. if you’ve had a uti, you know the pain & urgency can be unbearable. I’m barely able to make it in to the shower and get dressed let alone drive to my doctors office (if they can even see me today). My doctor copay is $25. A single visit on K health is $19. So it’s actually cheaper than my doctor. I chatted with a bot about my symptoms and in less than an hour, I was connected with a doctor. The doctor prescribed me macrobid which has worked well for me in the past. And in about another hour, the prescription was ready for pickup at my pharmacy. This is the fastest and most convenient solution I’ve found for known, simple fix medical issues. I’m so glad I found them it’s a life saver for me.

This is a scam! They provided no service and even though I was promised a refund, refuse to respond in any way. Only want to steal your money.
