No issues. Whole thing done in about 20 minutes. Received script for antibiotics. A lot more convenient than going to a doctor’s office, when the end result will be the same.

All these reviews are written by employs of khealth and are fake. This app is a total rip off run by scammers in the middle east.

I know I have a UTI (once you've had one, you never forget what it is like) and didn't have a chance to get to urgent care today. I'm going out of town in a few days and want to get started clearing this up. I chose K Health and was at first surprised that it is AI. After I got through the extensive questionnaire I was told to wait until a clinician was ready. After about 45-50 minutes I was alerted that I had a doctor available. I googled the doctor and she was legit and a physician in my state. She agreed that I have a UTI and suggested one antibiotic. I told her my insurance and decided to send another antibiotic because it was a lot less expensive. I should be able to pick up the script tomorrow. I was impressed with this service. I wouldn't use it for anything more serious and not even if my UTI was worse, but it was helpful in this instance. Update: my prescription was submitted and filled. So from start to finish this was a great experience. Note: I am a university professor, not in health care, and have never been an employee of K Health. I found it on the internet just like everyone else.

FYI--I posted a review a while back on my attempt to use KHealth's phone service. It was a very disappointing experience. I decided to give the CVS minute clinic a try the next day. Arrived to see a sign that said the CVS clinic is managed by KHealth.

I paid for a single visit and am supremely disappointed in the service. Getting through the AI portion took forever. Then, when a clinician finally spoke to me, he took 5-10 minutes to send each message, as if he were doing something else at the same time. Then, even though the app clearly stated that my symptoms could be treated without lab tests, he refused to do so and ended the visit before I could reply. In the end, I spent nearly 2 hours interacting with K health and got nothing out of it.

SCAM.. I directly texted my need for a precription, and they just go around asking questions. They say it saves time, I took an hour trying to get a straight answer. I give up. No help at all.

Whoever just put that about this service being amazing must work for them. This is a total scam you don't get anything for your $19 just a chance to pay another charge. And I didn't realize it but they just charged my card again. I am contacting the BBB about this business.
