If I could give negative stars I would. This is not telehealth per se but rather text chat. Who is to say that you are actually talking with a real provider? Had covid and recovered, but I developed a cough and requested an inhaler and antibiotics. I am a health care provider and explained as such. They were rude and condescending and gave me steroids and tesslon perles. I called back 3 days later with worsening symptoms requesting an antibiotic. The provider said they don't do second opinions and wouldn't treat me. So I physically went to an urgent care for xrays and low and behold I have bronchitis and was given an inhaler and steroids. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE you risk being misdiagnosed and could potentially die due to the medical malpractice and negligence

I had oral thrush.I was with a doctor , Stephan pomrenke, in less than 2 minutes. Super fast, he spent probably over a half an hour with me. He was very helpful and respectful. And I did the one time $23 and I don’t have health insurance . I received advice and a prescription. I got way more than I expected, it was simple to use, and super convenient.

Great telehealth option. I've used multiple times for UTIs and yeast infections. I worked in telehealth in the past, so I understand it's legal limitations. Price per year is equal to competitors like Amwell and 98point6. People upset about not getting the med they want are just not familiar with telehealth. It's for very standard issues, not complicated issues. Also, if you have a cold, dont expect a zpack just because you paid- it's a medical provider and they have strict rules around antibiotics. That said, I had no issue saying which antibiotics work for me for UTI and they were happy to prescribe. The app has a couple confusing UI moments. The first time I used it I missed the rejoin chat and went through the whole intake again. Or if you rejoin and the provider isnt "in the room" then you wont see the text entry box, which will seem like the app isnt working, but just hang tight and the provider will come back which will make the input box reappear so you can type. It does warn of possible 1 hour wait times on average- they're not a huge company like teladoc and likely some providers are seeing patient in person or such at the same time. You can wait longer at busy times, but still better than going to an urgent care. Thing to remember is it's not amazon or an online store. You dont pay and get antibiotics. It's a healthcare provider. So I think a lot of people feel like they're paying to get a medication they want, like an online store, but that's not how telemed works. It's for simple things that meet certain criteria.

A scam of the highest caliber. I paid $23 after contracting covid-19, hoping to get a vitamin D prescription. I specifically told them the reason for my contact. They told me in no uncertain terms to drink water & sleep. I could have done that for free using advice from Google. When I asked them to re-assess, they told me “ our doctor provided appropriate first line care that reflects our medical policies.” Avoid like the plague, no pun intended.

If I could give no stars I would. They deny people basic mental health services if they don't think you're messed up enough. They ask a series if generalized questions then decide if you're mentally ill or not. This is absolutely disgusting. I can not imagine the amount of people that have gone in and asked for help and were told no. Their AI is bull. Their doctors are trash. Find somewhere better.

I’ve been using this since january to get my anxiety prescription and i’ve had no issues. The doctors listen to you and give you the best option for your situation.

I downloaded the app, followed the instructions, answered a lot of questions concerning my illness, and a Doctor got online and spoke with me. Got my prescription in an hour and am feeling much better! Thank you for your help while on vacation!

The one rating is being extremely generous, as I would put this at negative stars if I could. I spoke with three different doctors at three separate times hoping I could get one of them to help me, but no, not one out the three would help. It was a waste of 7 hours that I'll never get back. These doctors don't want to help people at all. They didn't listen to my needs whatsoever. I was trying to get a prescription for depression, anxiety and insomnia, so this wasn't something to be taken lightly at all. Take your money over to plushcare where there are real doctors who are willing to help you and get all your questions resolved and prescribe medications all in less than 10 minutes. Ten minutes vs 7 hours. I'll never ever use k health again!
