You can take what others said or read what I have to write which won't be long. Save your time and money. Save your time and money. Save your time and money. It's a shame they can even stay online and BS everyone. Your better off doing your own heart transplant then contacting this joke of a group of so called doctors.

Complete scam do not pay $23 or a penny! “Clinicians” are not able to prescribe anything but over the counter meds. A complete waste of time.

They were not helpful at all
They were not helpful at all. I reached out at night for help with symptoms that were straight forward and I needed an antibiotic. Not only was the doctor unresponsive and rude during a difficult time, but did nothing to help me and wouldn’t call in an RX without a sample. The whole reason I used a service like this was because it was night and my doctors office is closed, not to mention any other place I could go for a sample. I needed help and got nothing.

Waste of time and money
I’ve tried it twice. I needed basic stuff they could have given but I was told to go to urgent care/Er where I got basic help and prescription this app should have given. They don’t seem to read responses to questions. Seems to just be a way to get money without any real work. I’ve used other telemedicine apps before that are actually useful. Guess I’ll be going back to paying a little more for actual medical care. Don’t waste your money!!

Do not waste your time.
Do not waste your time.
I needed soma for my sciatica.the Dr told me no because it is a controlled substance. Get your self a pdr. No it isn't. He also told me it is highly addictive. I worked for a pharmaceutical
Benefits manager. Doctors had no problem dispensing opioids like candy.
1 Rx with no refills could hardly turn someone into an addict. I have been living with this pain a long tim e.guess I will have to wait until October 9.

I have used many telehealth apps and this company is the worst. First, it is not free. They have loads of clinicians who are not MD's and do not prescribe meds. Every visit i had took 1 hour for them to text back and over 1.5 hours for the visit because they took sooo long to respond. They never read my answers to their questions and just kept posting general information. They are worthless at diagnosing. They even added rude comments in my visit. I paid yearly like an idiot. Should have read the real reviews. Getting my money back hopefully-- if anyone answers the phone.

The process couldn't have been easier
The process couldn't have been easier. The wait for the clinician was about 2 hours on a Saturday night but i think that's pretty reasonable considering it was a weekend. Attached a photo when asked and she sent my prescription to my pharmacy and it was ready for pickup when i woke up this morning.

Maybe it will work, but if it doesn’t you’re on your own
It’s relatively easy to upload things (there’s a lot to upload) but can be a bit big brotherish—who is seeing my drivers license, where is that being store, etc. It’s much less expensive than other options, but you pay for what you get. I was expecting an instant refill, but you submit your request and a doctor reviews several hours later. In my case, I received several messages in the middle of the night (1am on a Thursday) when a doctor looked at it. Good thing my ringer was off and they didn’t need me to respond.
They told me they would send it to my local pharmacy. What pharmacy? I told you where the Rx was originally filled, but I wanted to pick it up at another. I was not given that choice, wasn’t told that, and there was nowhere to enter the pharmacy I want. I tried chatting in to ask which pharmacy, but they haven’t responded after several hours (and from other reviews, it sounds like that process isn’t helpful). I was able to go on the CVS website and see that they were refilling it and at which location—confirmation that it went through and where I could get it (hence the 2-star review instead of 1). But if I had originally filled it at a different location (while traveling, before moving, etc) or at a pharmacy where I couldn’t see my rxs online, it would have been very frustrating and not at all what I signed up for. And i have not had good support service, so I would be in my own.
