Scam take your money and do nothing. But rest assured I will be getting my money back, filed a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I would have read the reviews first

I would give it a ZERO. Please dont waste your time and money. The so-called doctor never asked any relevant questions and proceeded to tell me that my ear infection might be TMJ. I never mentioned any jaw pain. Such a scam. Guess what, I went to the Dr. the next day and I had an ear infection. PLEASE save your $$

Pathetic waste of time. After 2 hours of back and forth, I was told that I needed to go through the app questions again to open a case for my daughter. In trying to go through that process, the app will not allow me to open a new case because they have the old case (the first one I opened 2 hours ago) still open. Called the customer support line, they had me on hold over 13 minutes, they don't have an answer for me on why this is an issue. They need to call me back when then know how to fix this, I'm not holding my breath (or going to use this service ever again)

Despite all of the bad reviews , I signed up and got with a doctor in less than an hour . My prescription was called in immediately, and while my pharmacy was already closed, I’ve given a call this AM to confirm and it’ll be ready in 30 minutes ! Way easier than going to the doctor when you already know the issue ! Signed up for the monthly because it’s never been so easy !

How can anyone expect to get medical care from someone on the telephone who does not know you? And does not have your past history? An important part of treating patients is doing a physical exam, how can you do that on the phone? This is why most of the time the doctor on the phone will tell you to go see your personal doctor or someone in person, a chance of them making a mistake with you is quite high, unless it is someThing simple, such as sinusitis. Even a urinary tract infection can be missed diagnosed on the phone

K "Health" took my money and told me to see a doctor. What a rip off! Terrible that they are exploiting sick people!! Update: they did give us a refund. So, although it was a bad experience, at least we got our money back.

My doctor was on vacation. First time using site. Was skeptical giving ID, but was frustrated with the NP in my doctor's office. I did have to have patience in getting an answer, but I did contact them late at night. But in the morning my prescription was waiting for me at my drugstore. It was for a UTI. I would definitely use K Health again. I would highly recommend them. I will spread the word. Next time will be faster because I am registered. Oh, and I am feeling much better thanks to K Health.

So it was not a scam for me. Great service. It was for an ailment which I considered minor but still needed a prescription.
