Awful- Bad - 😔 The reason I tried this service...sinus infection. My doc was unavailable as I was out of town. If I could give 0 stars I would. You don't get to video/see or talk to a real person...only text. Texting a doc seems sketchy at best... especially someone who's never met you. So that's all ya get. Text bubbles. Dr. Hon was short, ignored my med history of sinusitis and signed off with just a common "rinse with saline water". Yes, I have known that for years. All via TEXT. There's also no way to get a refund...I paid $99 for a year of this rubbish....my bad.

My mom doesn't have insurance and she had a skin infection that spread very fast and looked very dangerous. The app asked a lot of questions but then I was connected to an MD who prescribed her antibiotic very fast. Overall, Great experience unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars in ER and Urgent Care clinics for non life-threatening issues. This is by far the cheapest app for virtual visits.

Great experience! I woke up with strep throat. I’ve had strep and was 100% certain it was strep. Bring on K Health. Sure, they advertise it is only $12, which is for the monthly service. But for only $23, I was connected with a physician who was able to diagnose and call in a prescription. It was 4am on a Saturday when I woke up knowing I needed treatment. In this COVID world I did not want to wait for the hours for an urgent care to open and then wait for hours more to be seen. In less than a hour, which included the time to download the app and set up my profile, from the comfort of my home, I was able to be “seen” and have the prescription called in. My wait now is for the pharmacy to open. I highly recommend this service. wait for the hours for an urgent care to open and then wait for hours more to be seen. Everything about this service is more interested in signing you up for a monthly service than treating you. After providing way more info than felt necessary, and narrowly avoiding the $12 monthly service option at every turn, I was told that a prescription would not be provided unless I agreed to sign up for the $12 monthly. No treatment without it. What a scam.

Bottom line : If you need a harder dick, this is the place to go. If you have a legitimate infection...go somewhere else. My problem : I caught a parasitic infection while travelling abroad. It was a simple infection that millions of Americans have, I was at the beginning stages of it. The drug to treat it is well tolerated and on the WHO list of essential medicines. It's treated with a single dose - very simple. I wanted an Rx. I uploaded pictures which clearly show a cream colored "noodle like" thing, about 5 inches long, protruding from my stool sample. The appearance was unmistakable. The clinician agreed, but said it was company policy to not prescribe anything without lab confirmation. Problem is, they don't reproduce until about 3 months after initial infection. Any fecal float would come back negative because they are not yet producing eggs...but the visual evidence of a dead adult worm is there, and is pretty clear cut. A stool test would be an exercise in futility and I know that from documented nematode biology. Bureaucracy seemed to trump quality care with this service. They can't prescribe this, they can't prescribe that...company policy seems to state that they can't do much of anything. Unfortunately, this is not benign. This delayed my seeking of legitimate care and treatment. I went to a local urgent care physician and got the Rx I needed. It cost some money, but was worth it at the end. I worked out a payment plan with the clinic, so I can afford it. I am now parasite free! Yaaaayyy!! Recommendation : don't delay your medical treatment just to save a few bucks. Your health is too important to gamble with your time. Go to the freaking Urgent Care Clinic in your area. You won't get any treatment with this app - just advice to take OTCs and/or to go to a clinic in your area. Basically, this app is like phoning a friend. There is nothing they can do except tell you to go see a doctor.

One of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. I was extremely concerned about using this service based on the reviews, but it could not have gone any easier or smoother. From sign-up to consultation with an ER doctor, the entire process took less than 15 minutes. I'm not exaggerating - less than 15 minutes. UTI diagnosed, prescription called in, and problem solved for $23. The only advice I can give is be realistic about what you expect a medical professional to be able to diagnose or prescribe based on the diagnostic tools utilized in telehealth medicine and applicable Rx laws.

The wait to chat with the clinician was long, over an hour, but she diagnosed my condition and sent a prescription electronically to my pharmacy. The wait was over an hour, but I have done that to see physicians in person with less satisfactory results and I didn’t leave my home!
