Started signing up at 2:30 am, and had a prescription sent by 3:00 am. Was skeptical after reading some reviews, but I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Looks are deceiving, stay away! This "doctor" sent me web pages any teenager could Google and refused to prescribe me anything. Recommended over the counter drugs I told her I had already taken. Save your copay and give it to a real doctor. The whole process took over 2 hours. Hind sight will get you every time. :(

I am so happy I found this service! I was in a lot of pain caused by a UTI. I was searching for an urgent care near me but they were all full for the day. I saw an ad on Google for k health and decided to try it. I was able to instantly connect with a doctor and get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. The entire process took about 10 minutes, and since I signed up for the monthly membership, it only cost me $12! I am so thankful I was able to still get my prescription without waiting for a doctors appointment. Plus I LOVE that it is by text and picture messages. Video might be better for some people but not for me. I have a strong dislike of video chats and I was so happy that I was able to just text my doctor. I have already recommended this app to my family members because I’m so happy with my result.

I had an excellent experience. I was a little nervous after paying for the visit then going online to check the reviews, but I'm so happy with the service. I don't have health insurance currently, so paying $23 to speak to a clinician that can send over an RX to help me start feeling better is a total WIN in my book. The visit lasted about 15 minutes, I got two notifications to get back on the app to meet with them and my RX was sent right over when we finished. They also sent over a clinical summary. I would for sure use this service again!

Looked good on the web. Especially where they promise to refund your money if they can’t help. I was having what seemed to be a gout attack in my big toe. Didn’t want to drive and walk to an urgent care if I could avoid it. Took about 2 hours to actually text back and forth with a Doctor. The Doctor said she thinks it is gout but they have a policy to require an in person diagnosis first before treating it, so she couldn’t help me. Sorry! Of course, no refund. Support ignored my support ticket.

I can't even reach a doctor. They took my money then said wait by your phone. Hours later someone messages, it doesn't make a sound. I miss it and restart chat and wait again. Repeat. No help. I want a refund and my license photo deleted from their system immediately!

Paid $23 for an appointment at 10:37 p.m. because it hurt to swallow, I was pretty sure I had tonsillitis. Met with a doctor at 11:59 p.m. (it sounds like a long wait, but it was a late night on a Wednesday and I didn’t want to drive to a shady urgent care in town, I didn’t even expect to speak with someone until the next day!). He was kind, asked me to send a picture of the back of my throat in good lighting which I did. I didn’t even see all the white spots on my tonsils and back of my throat until I took that picture, was diagnosed with strep and will be picking up a prescription from khealth at my local CVS in the morning. I had an amazing experience, the negative reviewers must have had a bad doctor. I met with Dr. Whitaker Smith and had a great experience. I would recommend this service to anyone!

This service is terrible! They made me wait for hours to get a response and then the app doesn't give you enough time to even reply before it closes down! So frustrating. If I used another service I would already have my meds and be feeling better by now. Don't use them!!!
