The wait time was much longer than I expected given the 24/7 advertised availability. The responses from the doctor felt like Google or WebMD copy and pastes. The diagnosis just didn’t feel right and I ended at urgent care getting proper treatment, for an diagnosis that was not even mentioned by the AI or doctor. Maybe some things shouldn’t be replaced by the internet, like doctors. I wouldn’t use this company again, and wouldn’t recommend other try it. Don’t be fooled by the low price, the low quality of service matched the low price.

If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible service and even worse communication. Did not help at all with my extremely painful bladder infection. Wanted me to go get tested for stds (which was not even a possibility in my case), and a uti, then would go from there after the results came in 2-4 days later. Asked for refund and got a thank you for your feedback. Never using again!

This app is amazing! First visit was free...I texted with a clinician, was diagnosed, and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. It was that easy. I recommend this app to everyone...saves major money and time! Thank you, K Health!

I paid for the monthly subscription in need of antibiotics and anti fungal pills to get rid of BV and prevent a yeast infection. First you find your issue via their search tool and then get connected to a bot that’ll ask a bunch of questions about your symptoms. Then you wait to be connected to a clinician which was pretty quick though they do time out if you don’t respond fast enough. Honestly the clinicians seem like bots too, like their responses were pre-written. They’ll also ask a couple of questions before deciding what to do. I explained that I’ve had yeast and BV infections before so I knew what each one was like. I also told them I had been tested for fungal presence by my doctor a couple weeks ago which came back negative. Then they responded telling me I needed to go to an actual doctors office to be tested for any fungal presence and there was nothing they could do.. I JUST said I’d already been tested and then explained that I couldn’t afford to go to my doctor right now which is why I was using their service. They basically sent the exact same response but, and this is why I added a star, told me they put in a refund request for me which came through the next day and automatically cancelled my subscription for me. Tried a different service and they prescribed me what I needed within 24 hours. Not sure why this one was so weird about it.

My wife was referred to KHealth by an RN at an Urgent Care. The KHealth.com experience was great. People need to remember the KHealth doctors must be careful because not everything can be treated by telehealth. Also, who cares if it takes two hours to treat a minor medical issue? The alternatives are: 1. Urgent Care. Drive plus three hour wait. $150 copay. 2. ER. Drive plus eight to twelve hour wait. $500 copay. 3. Primary Care clinic. Next month. $50 copay.

Scam. Nowhere before they take your money do they tell you that child must be present for a simple pink eye antibiotic. I am at work trying to avoid a simple doctors office visit for what I know is pink eye. They wanted selfie of us together and her pink eye.

Needed to be treated for a simple UTI. Was connected and disconnected with two providers and did not receive service. Communication is with a bot. Would not recommend.

Not sure why others have stated they can't or won't prescribe antibiotics. I was prescribed Cipro and the process was pretty quick and easy. I only get Subdays off work so seeing an in person doctor is difficult.. love this as an option.. Total game changer.
