Spoke to a physician assistant, not a doctor and told me to just continue taking decongestants, drinking fluids and using nasal spray for a sinus infection that I usually get a z pack from my primary doctor. Apparently this physician assistant did not feel a Z-Pak was warranted and was not prescribed. This was a total waste of time and money.

Awful waste of time! The business model is based on the fact that the 23 bucks are not worth retrieving. It took me a while to figure out that there was probably not even a real person on the other side of the AI. Then the prescription to the LAB was NEVER sent. I am so sick of scams of every type I am going to get my 23 bucks back from PayPal.

I paid for my visit. Set up an appointment. Answered all the screening questions. And then was stuck in a queue to wait for a clinician. Why set up the appointment if you just have to wait. Initial wait time was listed as 1 hour 52 minutes. An hour and a half past my appointment and it still says 1 hour 38 minutes. Worthless. And to top it off I was double charged.

Excellent and fast, less than a minute, to get the many from your account, but take a long time to be in contact with the specialist. I had a simple problem about acne infection where I was requesting an antibiotic (amoxicillin), but after a lot of question and wasting time on the phone, the answer was, an answer than anybody can tell me "Go and watch a doctor in person" and gave a list of health clinic, something than anybody can do it online for FREE. becareful, I do not recommend it. (easy many)

This is a terrible service. I paid for it to keep my family safe and out of doctor offices and urgent cares due to covid. Four out of my five family members had sinus infections and went on antibiotics. When it came to my fifth child starting to get the same symptoms and needing antibiotics the doctor would not give him any. As a result I ended up spending $235.00 at an urgent care facility and sitting for 4 hours in a place with coughing, hacking sick people. Now my entire family has upper respiratory infections AGAIN because we picked it up from the urgent care and brought it home with us.

I came down with a horrible UTI and couldnt get into my regular Dr's office til 4 days later. I loaded the app, paid my $23 and chatted with a doctor. He sent a RX for antibiotics to my pharmacy and I picked them up. This app was very helpful to me.

Total scam. It’s like the answers are from a computer

So the doctors have all been really helpful, kind & polite. But their customer service is via email and it’s SO. SLOW. Which, would be ok except every month the app won’t open my refill so i have to contact customer support to open it for me and they take so so long to get back to me.
