Do not waste your money! I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased a consultation. Had me on the phone for 2hrs, sending pics, answering questions just to tell me I couldn't get help when the website specifically said I could,I even had one of the exact same ailments that they used for an example. ITS A SCAM!!!!!

The doctor that I Communicated with was so short With me and did not answer all of my questions before he canceled the ticket. He did order tests for me. I have no insurance, The test he ordered for me are urine samples, that cost me 259$. That is outrageous and there is no other option that he had provided. He did not give me a chanceTalk to him or ask him any questions or provide me with any options as far as where I could go to take these tests because the place that I took this test at is gonna take it's gonna take a week to get my results back. He says reopen the case then.

Called about a sinus infection. Even told the "physician" that this is an every year occurrence for me when the season changes. Even told them what prescription worked for me. They told me to use Flonase and Tylenol!!! This place is a joke. They will not prescribe antibiotics. Said for me to self medicate and that my sinus infection would "go away"!! Don't waste your money in these quacks.

They addressed my issues entirely and professionally. Had to wait 45 minutes but I didn't mind as I could do other things while waiting. Prescriptions sent by mail very quickly. Offered to call in a prescription to my pharmacy which wasn't needed.

I’m back to correct my review. It’s true patience is virtue. After waiting for couple hours I finally had a chance to chat with DR. Pavel who was very patient with me and addressed all my problems. I’ll be a returning patient and have learned from this experience to never rush into conclusion especially at this time when healthcare is so busy. I’m a healthcare professional and I should know better. Again, I’d recommend 100%. Sorry for the previous review!!!

I am an older woman who ran out of my blood pressure medicine. Since I just needed a prescription refill, I contacted K Health. So far I've not heard from them. I'm sorry I didn't check on them.

A waste of money A waste of money! They lead you to believe your going to get help and you get NOTHING!! That I should go to a doctor for something simple they was suppose to resolve. I thought I was talking to a doctor that would assist me. THIS COMPANY is a scam and fraud. Do NOT use them. I'm Going to turn in a complaint with the better business as well.

Worst thing I’ve ever done in regards to my health . I sat around with a uti for hours without a single response from a clinician . I spent 25+ dollars on a “visit” all to probably have to go to the hospital with my newborn all because these people have no regard for someone’s time. Nor do they care about my pain. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
