Paid for it and couldnt download the app. Doesn't even exist on the app store. Complete scam. Stay away

No help at all!! They cut you and your conversations off and won’t prescribe you anything. I have a bacterial infection and need antibiotics and they don’t care. I talked with 4 different Drs. SCAM

Made payment, funds were collected immediately of course. Could not start a visit online or on the app, requested payment again. Site stated: The token has already been used. Each token can only be used once to create a source." Took 17 calls to reach someone at "customer service", the gentleman had music blaring and stated "I have no idea what happened", could not offer further support. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

You would be better off seeing a veterinarian than giving your money to these quacks. They never once told me something I didn't know, refused to write a prescription for antibiotics, which has fixed my issue for years. What a joke this service is.

I should have read reviews before I paid for this. It was a joke. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! The whole reason for this is convenience AND it’s the weekend. He told me things I already knew. It’s definitely a SCAM Why have this if you aren’t going to help anyone. I will discourage people in every way I can think of to NOT USE THIS!!!!!!
