I do not think I was talking to a real person. It seemed like it was a robot chat to me. It asked me questions and I picked out possible Dental infection after hour and finally being able to interact with the chat they said they were real person. They told me I would need to go to a doctor to get help with my dental infection before I even talked to anybody they already took the money out of my checking account. I had to fill out a bunch of questions that were unrelated to what I needed.

I said right at the onset that I was there for a Paxlovid prescription when it initially asked the purpose of my visit today. I continue by filling out a dozen (or 2) questions detailing every last thing about my health history, pay my money, go through the whole symptoms list again with the doctor and s/he tells me "it's just a virus and you'll have to ride it out" even though I've already said I tested positive for Covid. I ask again for the Paxlovid prescription, and they finally told me they don't prescribe it on that platform. WHAT? The US govt is providing it for free, and I've already called the pharmacy closest to me and they have plenty....But this platform won't prescribe it? LAME. If I hadn't expressly stated that I'd come to the site specifically for that, it'd be one thing, but I stated it right away and I should have been informed BEFORE I paid. I've asked for a refund and they said they'd "put in a request"...we will see what happens.

I had a bad UTI and got treatment the same day and felt so much better. If your having bigger concerns like strep ect that require testing then it's best to go see a DR. Face to face but for simple treatments this app is great and convenient.

A rip off. My cousin was recently diagnosed with strep throat and came over the house. Now I have a bad sore throat. The nurse practitioner stated it was allergies. I have no allergies. Also, no medication was given. A waste of $35

I don't know what has happened with this company. I have used the app several times in the last two years and was very happy. The last two visits I had the doctor did not give me their background or qualifications as was standard in previous visits. The last time I used this service I felt I was being scammed. I need some antibiotics and was told to get a covid test and go to a free clinic or the Emergency room. I know I don't have covid, I don't have any of the symptoms of covid but who ever the "doctor" was did not listen to me. They took my money and gave me no service.

Do NOT waste your money here. The site will ask you about 50 questions to answer regarding your health and symptoms. NONE of which the provider will read beforehand. They will ask you the same information all over again. They don't offer video or telephone visits, as all other telehealth services do, only text chat. They will not assign your case to an MD, just some random incompetent supposed medical personnel. You DO NOT get to choose. Plus, their process takes way too long, with the questions, waiting for the text chat, chat itself, etc. Have had exact same symptoms before, a few years ago. Was prescribed an antibiotic then. Instead of calling in an antibiotic prescription, I was told to go to an urgent care or an ER. That would be overkill for my issue. Completely unnecessary. I personally believe the person they assigned to me was NOT authorized to call in a prescription. After disconnecting from this chat at K Health, I contacted sesame care. In less than an hour later, I'd made an appointment with an actual MD with a name, completed the telehealth video, and had 3 prescriptions sent in to the pharmacy of my choice. Much easier, faster, more competent and professional, more like what you'd expect from a telehealth appointment. Using a bicycle analogy, K Health does not even qualify to have training wheels installed. Do Not spend your time nor money with them. You will most likely not get the simple services that you need, nor from a competent medical professional. Go elsewhere.

Absolute waste of money. I know what I have and I need an anti-fungal medicine. All the doctor told me was what I read on the internet, and to follow up with a dentist on Monday. I didn’t think I was paying to have someone summarize a WebMD page for me. I thought I could get a standard medication over the weekend.

I've had great experiences with K Health, from quick appointments to supportive and knowledgeable clinicians, and recently they solved a minor technical issue for me over email in the span of just a couple of hours. GREAT service in every area of their business, and so useful for busy people who can't always take time off work for appointments or can't afford visits without insurance.
