The service went down a lot since the last time I used it, while prices went up. The doctors don’t even read what you’re describing for symptoms, they seem to be in a rush and probably answering to many patients at a time since the answers are extremely slow. They cut the conversation even when your still asking questions, they definitely don’t take the time to diagnose. Since I might be pregnant I asked if ibroprufen was pregnancy safe, the dr. said it was (usually is a dr. asking if you might be pregnant, it’s not you asking). Then I wrote again because my fever was getting higher, another dr. said to take Tylenol and ibroprufen, so I asked if it was pregnancy safe, she said that tylenol was safe, ibroprufen was not, contraddicting the first dr. I had to go online checking. They of vourse lost my trust. I asked for a refund, the customer service didn’t even answer to my email. Horrible horrible horrible service!

Couldn't even get a prescription for eye drops for my husband's pink eye. What a waste of money. I would run from this place.

Doctor did not understand that sometimes you should listen to the patient. I have been living with my body for over 50 years. I know what I need.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Incompetent and LAZY My boyfriend has diverticulitis and has had it for years. he knows when it is flared up and he needs antibiotics. Previously we used Doctor on Demand through an employer and had great service, for $5 visits because of my employer. Twice he was treated and within days felt better. Today we got in contact with Robyn Lowe, NP. I'm starting to even wonder if that's a real person or a name someone is faking to be similar to Rob Lowe. I told her that he ate something with tomatoes and peppers the other day and it flared up and needs antibiotics. She then proceeded to LIE and say they can't treat that virtually and it needs to be treated in person "As we know". Uh no. I even sent her the information from Doctor on Demand where he was treated twice in Sept 21 and Jully 20. They called in antibiotics and antiinflammatory and he was better some by the next day and even better the next. Now, we can't even make another appointment until they open and I complain and hope for a refund. I think I can dispute a charge through Chime as well, which will be done if they do not issue a refund. They also refuse to get you another provider for another opinion. That is not right. I will also be complaining to the medical board and any accredidations she has.

The first time I used their service, I was seen by a very nice and helpful nurse practitioner who took the time to educate me and treat my symptoms. She quickly got me onto medication and expressed concern for me. I was so happy to have had this service. Then, I experienced the same health issue a second time. I thought to consult another medical expert in hopes that I would receive similar care. I was wrong and had a horrible experience. The doctor they assigned me lacked compassion and did not want to help me. She referred me to urgent care and refused to take similar steps the nurse practitioner did for me previously. I was shocked, hurt, and frustrated. I would have saved my money and gone to urgent care if that were the case. I later looked up the doctor and she had many poor reviews. They have zero standards for the people who work for them. I am really disappointed.

Horrible, I have a uti the dr told me to call the ER I went to cuz it was the ER mistake and not his refused to give me antibiotics!!! DO NOT USE!

They just told me to see my doctor. After paying for the service. What a joke. If my Dr had an appointment available I would have done that first. I know what medication I need as I've had this issue before but they would not do it. Just took my money for nothing.

I have had a very positive experience with K health. I've been incredibly grateful for their help with my health and wellbeing. They have significantly decreased my health concerns and I have felt so seen and heard!
