Horrible, had a bad sinus infection and they would never prescribe any meds. This is bull....!

I paid $35 today thinking I could get a prescription for Bronchitis and Sinus infection. The nurse practitioner informed me after I paid $35 that she can't prescribe antibiotics to anybody over 65 years old. that was not disclosed before I paid $35 which I would never have done if I known that. I have bronchitis I get it several times a year I used their online service in good faith I'm going to contact my credit card company and dispute this charge. Terrible service. Doctor was rude and would not listen to my symptoms. Was more concerned with my COVID vaccine status. A waste of my time and my $35.00. no refunds

I missed one appointment after my mother passed away unexpectedly. They refused to refill my antidepressant and informed me that "it would be unsafe." The wait times are ridiculous, and the doctors are rude anyway. I'd stay far away from this app. I canceled my subscription to them as well.

Time and money waster, don’t bother.

Really really terrible. If you are suffering from depression or anxiety, i do not recommend this app what so ever. Wait times are very long to get in contact with a provider. My medication abruptly stopped because i missed a follow up when i was on vacation. Really bad business practice

They’re not real doctors, total scam. Need antibiotics from chronic upper respiratory infection to avoid seizures. My girlfriend with lesser symptoms was able to get them from her doctor but k health told me to “walk it off.” They’ll get shut down hopefully

They will take your money and not fulfill services. I called and spoke to a rep and was hung up on. Total scam!
