They take your money and then don’t give you any medication. I had a major sinus infection and I was told by 4 of K-health doctors that I just needed to let it run it’s course. I had a fever and felt terrible and they were unwilling to help me.

Horrible experience. I knew exactly my issue and the doctor got offended and felt uncomfortable because I asked questions and didn’t understand. Was not being argumentative at all but paid $35 to be told the conversation would be ended. Do not recommend and will stick with teledoc. Kelly Bennett I do not appreciate your treatment and wasting my time and money. You need to learn how to not be defensive when a customer has real questions. The world is offensive but asking why a pill to kill bacteria on my skin isn’t allowed is a question not a fight.

Waited over three hours to speak to a Dr named Kai just to have him tell me that I had to go in to have urine tests and cultures done for a UTI. I presented an time stamped picture of a home test proving that I had a UTI and he refused to treat even though i told him there is not a Labcorb for an hour away. These people only want your money and will not treat you even with proof. Beware!

Very deceptive and useless service. The prescreening asked for my symtptoms then provided possible causes then asked for payment info to talk to a care specialist. THe NP asked literally the same questions and told me I needed a inservice doctors appointment. Totally pointless. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Stay away!

Paid $35 for a quack to tell me to take sudafed and drink plenty of water... this is such a rip-off! Stay far far away. Go to a real Dr or try Lemonade Health.

I specifically downloaded this app because I was everting frequent utis. Before I was going to the walk in or the doctor so much I was becoming exhausted and every doctor I talked to acted like there wasn’t much they could do to stop them. I have two babies under the age of 2 so I figured this was great I could use the app and not have to go anywhere except to pick up my treatment. The first couple of times, I did receive treatment, I did get an rx the third time but the doc wanted me to go get labs. I explained that it wasn’t easy for me to just get out. Plus when you have a uti you need meds IMMEDIATELY. Going to ge labs would defeat the whole purpose of using the app!! This time I tried to explain everything that I had been going through with utis and he basically acted like it didn’t mean anything and said he wouldn’t treat me until lab results came back (wich could take DAYS) or that I could be seen in person “if I’d prefer that.” Yeah obviously I’m in a bad situation where I’m not able to do that. I had already paid for the visit just for a one response answer. That was it. I will be requesting a refund. Complete bull

Not helpful at all for if you have a sinus issue. They just tell you to gargle water, etc. and assume it’s a viral infection every time. I used it 3 times and they were incorrect each time and had no interest in listening to my thoughts on what it was, or be open to prescribing me the antibiotics I ended up needing.

SCAM!! Beware! All they do is refer you to a REAL doctor. They will NOT give you an Rx for anything! Their go to is "please consult your primary care physician.". Basically they steal $35 from you just to pass you off to someone else.
