Never could connect with a provider. I’ve tried cancelling numerous times and am still getting billed for a service that I’m not receiving. Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money. My doctor was on vacation for the week when I came down with a strange rash. I had a rash and the doctor couldn’t even tell me what it was. She didn’t do much. She prescribed an over the counter medicine. I complained and they said I can’t get a refund that I didn’t ask for. They are proud of their sub par care. A nurse practitioner on the phone gave me better treatment. You may as well use google and diagnose yourself.

I got an appointment with k health because I have a bacterial sinus infection. I know this because I have weird sinuses and get these frequently enough to know what's going on. After paying $35 and wading through the site's decision trees, the provider, "Jennifer," gets on there and diagnoses me with a viral sinus infection because I haven't had symptoms for over 10 days--who waits 10 days with a sinus infection?? I told her I have a fever and feel fluish. She recommends tylenol. So, I paid them for what exactly? Absolute waste of money--makes CVS minute clinic look like Johns Hopkins.

Overall, the worst telehealth company I have encountered. After review of their website, where they state they are able to assess ear infections, I signed up, so I would be able to get a simple antibiotic prescription (as that is standard of care when you've had an ear infection multiple days that has not improved). The doctor I paid for stated she was unable to assess ear infections, and that I had to go to an urgent care. She recommended over the counter meds for symptoms (which do will nothing to treat an ear infection). I reached out to customer service, but unfortunately they are only trained to banter back and forth until you get tired of arguing. They will not provide refunds or second opinions. Other telemedicine companies assess ear infections in my experience. So essentially they may decide they don't want to assess whatever you are paying to have assessed (even if they clearly state on their website they can assess). This was not a case of the doctor choosing not to prescribe medicine, this was bait and switch where they stated their doctors can treat certain things, and clearly some will not. Beware of them.

Straight fraud company, should be investigated. Provides bogus doctors to collect your data. No matter what you do or say they don't service you and they charge you $15 and have your card. You need to change your card immediately. Probably a chinese or Russian company. Sorry you've been scammed. I was too. Report them.

Be careful when you sign up.. Shady that they trick you into a "membership" when all you want is a 1 time use... I just realized these people have been taking $12 a month from my account for several months, and I haven't used it at all, but guess what? No refunds.. Shady practice.
