Use plush instead. It will cost more but they will help you. The platform for describing your symptoms is terrible. The doctors were terrible in my opinion too and are eager to quickly end the session. I felt like they simply took my money and tried to rush me. I never got the antibiotics I desperately needed either. It was a waste of time, money, and energy. Customer service was fast and polite however but this is a terrible service. Do not use then.

I have access to K health for free through my health insurance. Even so, I would call it a waste. The primary convenience to me is that they are available pretty much 24/7 both as urgent care and primary care. I used them once for urgent care and similar to other revewiers' they basically told me "wait a couple days and go to urgent care if you don't feel better." The urgent care person told me to use them for primary care because the primary care team is able to order lab work. So I did that and when I copmleted the lab work then the next doctor who "reviewed" the results with me said the results "didn't mean much" even though multiple measures were flagged in "red" by the lab. If it doesn't mean much then why was this test ordered? I think it's because they want to max the reimbursement they get from my insurance. The primary care service is horrible because you speak to a completely different doctor every single time and my interactions indicated that they do not review my medical records and previous appointment notes before starting the appointment. So it's just been a horrible experience. I have been told I am diabetic only to be told by a different doctor at a follow up appointment that the blood work didn't really mean much. A nightmare

My doctor didn’t nothing for me and accused me of arguing with him and closed the case. I spent 29$ on it. Worst severe ever in my 49 years of living.

So I work every day. The only reason I’m off is because it’s Labor Day, a holiday. And I could go to urgent care but read k health will diagnose and treat in the same day. I’m prone to uti’s. I explained this. I get the same medication every time to treat it and it cures it. I paid k health $35 just for them to tell me to go to urgent care to get a urinalysis after they agreed and diagnosed me with what I know I have because I get them A LOT. I’m really pissed off and now I guess I’m going to urgent care to spend more money.

I have tried KHealth twice and both times they did not treat my symptoms. One was for Covid and after taking my money they said they wouldn’t treat Covid. The second was for pink eye. They said I needed to wait 7 days to see if my symptoms cleared up on their own before they would treat me.

Wasted about an hour answering questionsand describing my problem as best I could. I had an infection next to a dental implant and needed a prescription for antibiotics. They asked me if I had an abcess or a couple of other technical terms that I had never heard the word and certainly didn't know what they were asking me. After a long q& a session they abruptly told me I needed to see a dentist in person and discontinued my session. So they took my money and did absolutely nothing to help me.

They won't help you at all even if you just need an antibiotic. They just take your money! Don't use!! I would give 0 stars if I could

The app is useless. Cant refill a prescription due to glitches in their system. I take a generic anti-depression med and their menu options only list limited options so i always have trouble starting the refills chat. So annoying!!!
