I wish there was zero starts. They took money told me they couldn't treat my child even though the app home page offers it. Nope I have to sign out of app and start my 11 year old there own. But took my 35 didn't log out of session until 25 minutes after I was told this and logged out. Email customer support a complete joke emailed as soon as they took my money and told me can't help log in to a different account and pay another 30 and no one responds. App is a scam.

This is the worst site ever. they send you in circles and then give you no help.

Terrible service!!!! Paid $35.00 just to be told that I had to go to a clinic instead for further testing. Waste of my time, AND MY MONEY!!!! They Won't refund you!!!!

Paid $15.00 and have given them too much personal information only for their practitioner to deny service. Wish I had read the reviews here earlier!

Paid the $35 appointment fee for a strep throat appointment. During the consultation the doctor said he couldn't treat this condition over the phone and would recommend an urgent care visit. Waste of time and money. Don't advertise thos type of treatment if you don't plan to actually treat this condition(eye roll).

I got absolutely no help from the Dr for my sinuses I was told all my symptoms were viral when my sinuses are infected. I had already tried the OTC meds they suggested. They called no meds in, told me to tough it out and they refused to give me a refund. It cost 35.00 and now I have to spend more to go to an in office visit.

Less than one star. I was scammed out of $35 for a doctor to tell me go to urgent care when it specifically said on its website that they could treat my condition. I just threw $35 away that could have gone to groceries.

0 stars. Horrible service. Waited 2 hours for a doctor to join the chat..answered all the dumb questions did the dr to say I’m sorry since I can’t see the ear drum I can’t give you anything. Sorry. Unreal!!!! F’n garbage. Every review is accurate af!!! Beware.
